Lived in the area for years and never stopped by. They happened to be open the evening of Easter so we stopped in. They share parking with Russ Ayres Hot Dogs. On the right side there is a really cute seating area with huge Adirondack chairs. It was too cold for us to sit outside but next time. The lines moved really fast. I went for a kids size chocolate soft serve in a cone, and my boyfriend went with root beer water ice and vanilla soft serve. My kids size was huge! The soft serve was good and creamy. My cone was a little stale but still edible. My boyfriend is very particular when it comes to water ice. He said it had too many hard ice pieces in it. We did have a sample of the mint chocolate chip water ice, and that one was creamier. So it could have been the particular flavor that was more icy. Would come back and try other flavors.

We were so disappointed with our first trip back this year. I tried the new creamsicle ice cream. Unfortunately, there was no flavor, only could taste the cream used. My husband tried the strawberry fudge brownie, and while the fudge tasted great, the strawberry ice cream had no flavor at all. Both kids were happy with their soft serve ice cream. Hopefully, this was just a fluke, due to just opening. We have been long time customers and have never had this experience before.

This place has some of the best tasting ice cream I have ever eaten. They have a very good assortment of flavors and have hard and soft serve ice cream. If you have a sweet tooth and crave ice cream definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

I had never heard of Bordentown Creamery before but I was looking online for a good place to order a custom ice cream cake. Bordentown Creamery popped up and I noticed on their website they make it super convenient to order cakes. They have four different sizes to chose from (mini, regular, large and extra large). They allow you to pick two ice cream flavors, the color of the writing, the cake theme (basketballs, balloons etc.) and whatever you want the cake to say. After submitting your order, they email you to confirm and payment is due when you pick up. Super easy! They recommend ordering with 7 days notice. I chose the large size (feeds 18-22 people) and for my ice cream flavors I chose cookie dough and chips ahoy. Cookie dough is pretty self explanatory but chips ahoy is vanilla based ice cream with cookie crumbles mixed in. In between the two layers of ice cream was a layer of chocolate crunch. The cake was beautifully iced with whipped cream icing. Our cake was absolutely delicious! I had quite a few people at my party who typically refuse dessert but this time they sampled some because it looked so good and we're blown away! Everyone made sure to tell me it was the best ice cream cake they've ever had. Some people told me they will use this place for their next party cake! It was a huge hit with everyone and we only had a tiny piece left! Normally we have too much cake leftover at our parties but not this time!The price was reasonable at only $48 for the large cake. I don't mind paying for quality and I'd much rather support a small family owned business. I highly recommend Bordentown Creamery to anyone wanting a delicious cake with a simple ordering process!

I had the cookie monster with hot fudge. It tastes very good, but I had 4 or 5 bites with frozen sugar crystals. My dining partner had Smoreo with hot fudge, which was delicious.

Lousy customer service. Was excited to take the family here for the 2nd time and when ordering a milkshake all we got was a watery milkshake. When we went back to get it fixed all they did was blend it even more instead of fixing it by adding ice cream to make it thicker. I'm not one to correct someone's mistakes but the one time I did...it went no where. Highly suggest staying away from milkshakes.
