We stop here often as a bribe to get my 4 year old to go to daycare. They’re super kid friendly and always talk with my little guy. They’re so kind and friendly. There’s always a line in the morning but they keep it moving quick!

Every time I have gone to this location, the service has been bad. If they aren't rude, they speak as if they just woke up from bed and your bothering them by asking for what you want. They most of the stuff I ask for which is on the menu, the answer is "they don't have it" bought a iced matchea today and my goodness they didn't even stir the matchea so it dissolves properly to drink. WORST LOCATION EVER!!! C'MON DUNKIN, BE MIRE SELECTIVE IN WHO YOU GIVE JOBS. I mean it's literally every single time I go there and am not one of those obnoxious rude people. Please do better with the staffing at this location

Disrespectful place, my wife made order. I came out to pick it up and 2 workers had no clue about that, they skipped to help me. Another gentleman decided to figure it out, he found a small ticket order and started putting it together and unfortunately wasn’t able to put together what we ordered.Thanks to the guy who helped and big shame to those who was careless, Indian man and Indian woman.Good luck with business
Went there today to get a quick breakfast and the cashier who was wearing a pink hoodie had an attitude the minute I pulled up in the drive throu. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese and they gave me a sesame bagel with plain cream cheese. I would not come here due to their poor customer service

I came here and ordered off my app, Early in the morning and didn't hit Extra Large for my coffee, when I went inside to pick it up noticed it was a medium, I guess the look of confusion on my face got the managers attention, when I told him I mistakenly ordered the medium instead of the Extra Large, he took the medium coffee and went and made me a new Extra Large Coffee and wouldn't take money for the difference. Extremely nice of him to do for my own mistake. Also here you get the Donuts you ordered vs the one in Mansfield Twp.
