Very poor customer service. I had a problem with a bread that had clumps of flour lumped into the slices. I emailed Schmidt and provided them with the packaging info and what happened. Someone did reply, asking me to send them the packaging info which I already did initially. I sent them the info again and got no response back. Schmidt could careless about the customer.

I purchased the 647 hamburger buns on Nov 13th the best use by date was marked November 18th, when I went to use them the same day that I purchased them the rolls had green mold on them, this is not the first time that this has happened, I contacted the company and never heard a word from them,,hence this post. They do not seem to care about their consumers.???
