Bad experience today I bought a paisa tray, they almost didn't put rice in it, if they didn't have they could have told me to wait. I had to go to another restaurant to buy rice and the meat is not fresh.

The hospitality and customer service was absolute trash we waited 10 minutes and no one attended us and just straight looked at us and didnt even gave us a menú. Get better employees.

My husband and I ordered pickup on the phone, and we were told the order would be ready in 20 minutes. The chicharron was mostly only the fatty part of the pork, as you can see in the picture. The chicharron is $12.55. We also ordered 2 beef empanadas & 2 chicken empanadas, and they only gave us 1 beef empanada that barely had any beef and mostly potato. We ordered 1 pan de bono. Tital cost was $ Empanadas are $2.00/each. We were disappointed because we ordered from here before and had no problems. Parking is free on the street up to 2 hrs. I don't think we will be ordering from here again. If you order from here, make sure to check your food before leaving the restaurant.

Food and atmosphere were excellent and Cesar was like icing on the cake - his knoledege of what he does and the smile and energy its simply amazing.
The food here is overly expensive for the amount and quality that is provided. Our soup only had 2 pieces of meat in it and was so small. Empanadas are over $4 just for ONE. Flavor of the food was okay.

The soups can be very delicious, but the service is terrible, they don't give you what you ask for but rather what they feel like serving you.3 packages of vegetables for a bowl of broth, that is the soup they serve even if you specify what you want. The service is simply horrible?!!!!
