Today I went to pick up some empanadas to enjoy with coffee with my family, as I was there I decided to get some bread while I was waiting for my fresh empanadas without noticing a patron took my bag filled with several kinds of bread. Later on the waitress and I realized the man took my bag and she basically told it was my fault for not taking the bag from the counter (even though the order wasn't complete) and that if I wanted the bread I had to pay for the replacement in addition to the one the person took ohhh and no refunds to my card cuz it was already paid otherwise it comes out of her pocket!!Isn't this the must ridiculous thing you've ever heard??? It is a shame that they make their workers pay for mistakes like this that are out of nobody's hands. Call to order I was advised by the person that answered the phone they do not speak English. I asked for an English speaking person to place an order the lady advised no. I then asked is the service only for Spanish people she said yes . I’m done !
