Found this gem after a Rutgers Basketball Game! The food was delicious from the appetizers to the desserts. The prices were accurate in today's high economy as were the drink prices. The service was great; friendly staff. The place was clean and tables were spaced apart from each other. I did a call ahead and our table was waiting for us when we arrived. Would highly recommend and will go back!

Such a great place and so convenient for anyone leaving the Jersey Mike’s Arena or SHI Stadium. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a place for dinner after the game, try coming to Moma Rosina’s…. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The food is amazing as always. The staff is knowledgeable about celiac/gluten free accommodations. They are able to adjust any dishes to dietary restrictions. When they have the calamari/shrimp salad available I usually get that and it is amazing!Dietary restrictions: They are able to accomodate for celiac disease....or gluten sensativity

Service was inattentive, more focus on the bar than tables. Was not a fan of the decor, cold look, not inviting. Ordered pasta bolognese and calamari appetizer. Started with salad, that was wet and not properly dried, was a wet mess. Bread was old and reheated to repurpose bread that was past its time to serve to customers. Bread lasts one day, this is an “Italian” restaurant and they should know better. It had that day old taste and texture. Calamari was pale in color and off in taste. Pasta was not bolognese, but “meat” sauce that was mediocre. They did not make it correctly, no soffritto base (onion, carrots, celery) which is a must for bolognese. No red wine. No pork or veal, just chop meat. And no milk added at end for the classic creaminess. Meal was a disappointment and definitely not bolognese. And it was pricey for what was served.

Honestly not BAD but not GOOD, just pretty below average, and while it wasn't very expensive, at the same price point there are way better options in the area. I'd say the pasta I got tasted ok, but it lacked flavor and was kinda watery, Fried calamari was below average but still enjoyable. Place is kind of a dive inside, and I wouldn't complain about the experience but probably would not return.

Our go-to Italian restaurant. I have had them cater my kids party and had my wedding rehearsal dinner before they moved to this location.

We love the cavatelli broccoli, penne Rosina, pizza, grilled shrimp Caesar salad , and many other dishes here. Tony and Antonio make us feel welcome and like family. Excellent service. It’s our go-to Italian spot.

We go here often once a week-the food has always been reliably good, the service brisk. If Tony (the maitre 'd) knows we're coming, he has our drinks ready for us when we sit down. Clams Casino, Cappelini Pomodoro, Caesar Salad, house salad, Veal Saltimbocca, Chicken Florentine, Spinach Ravioli are all wonderful. Love their tiramisu and Pistachio and vanilla tartufos are great. One minor complaint: They've recently changed their Flounder Oreganato over to Tilapia. Not nearly as good., we hope they change it back. It always feels like home when we come.
