Hi came here on a Sunday night looking for a local sweet treat and came to be that their hours are incorrect online they are supposed to be open until 10pm came around 9:30 and were fully closed and locked. Very confused and upset why the hours are wrong and said they were updated by the business 2 weeks ago. Wasted my valuable time and gas to make this unsustainable trip.

First time going there and NEVER going back!! The worker there was so rude and condescending. He had an attitude the whole time. I asked him to let me try the Oreo cookie flavor and he literally makes me reach all the way, I was struggling to grab it and he didn’t even bother to extend his arm. Then when I pick what ice cream I was getting he kinda slides it in the counter. Had a very bad experience never going back.

Extremely rude and condescending. A man was viewing the ice cream showcase they have displayed near the window and an employee came out to the sidewalk yelling about how he didn't want “him or his shop on camera” and started to treat that man as if he was less than while proceeding to lock the door…What if this man was simply showing his kids the ice cream counter over the phone? Don't recommend..

Funny how just a few years ago businesses used to love free publicity. Now they want to shoot themselves in the foot by trying to infringe on people's rights. Here's the thing, bub, if you don't want the public to come to your store, close your store. Plenty of jobs online or inside that you don't have to deal with the public. Once you've made the decision to open to the public you have a responsibility to that public to respect them. If you can't do this, close your business. Easy.
The ice cream here is very rich in flavor while also being very creamy, they have the perfect ratio of flavor. I got the peanut butter cup flavor it was amazing tasted just like a real one! Although there was a line, the employees were working very hard to get everyone the ice cream they want. Overall I highly reccomend stopping by Del Ponte's next time your in the area.
