The smell in this place was horrible. Please shut down for a cleaning day. Carpets need to be shampooed and everything wiped down. I took my nephews here and of course they enjoyed there selves, but it smelled like a gym locker room

The place was so dirty, staff cared more about socializing with each other than helping customers. So many machines were broken, lines to even buy concessions took for ever. Over years the quality of Chuck E. Cheese has diminished.

This was my first time at Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child myself in the 90’s . . . My son absolutely loved it. No more climbing apparatus or animatronic show, but lots of arcade games. My son was kept busy for two hours just playing all the different games. The pizza was decent (I’d say Domino’s-level quality) and the staff was very kind and helpful. I thought it was pretty clean overall (maybe some tables weren’t wiped down, but hey, it was a Saturday afternoon and there were kids EVERYWHERE! The staff was doing the best they could to keep up). The bathrooms were very clean, too. Overall a fun experience for my little boy and a nice way to spend an afternoon on a rainy day.

This was my first time coming here and I have to say how disappointed! The machines were so dirty some weren’t even working. It wasn’t clean at all. There was a bunch of kids running it not ONE adult worked there. We spent 50 dollars on the saltiest pizza and wings you could ever imagine. It wasn’t edible. This place definitely needs a turn around! Would not go back!

My kid has loved chucky since she could walk.. even now at almost 10 years old given the option to pick what we're doing on a Sat there's a good just she picks chucky.. they have also added some new games which is awesome!

Always a classic fun time at Chuck E Cheese!I forgot to get that employees name but there’s that one guy who has been there for many years and he is just awesome! He is great with the kids and adults alike and just an all around great guy.

This place is cool. My favorite games are plants vs. zombies, the basketball game, and the game were chuck e cheese beats the hell out of Freddy fazbear. And the pizza is better then costcos.
