The staff is very nice. I love the ice cream andI I really have no complaints other than the past 3 times I’ve been there, I’ve gotten warm liquid ice cream, and Was charged full price. I was told that they were cleaning the freezer, when I waited why there was no ice cream out. Since it was all melted, they literally poured liquid ice cream into a cup and charged me full price. Three times now. It’s just weird. The pictures I’m showing are after 1 full hour in my home freezer- they are still not even fully frozen- that’s how liquid it was. Last time I just drank it like a milkshake. I’m scared to go again. It’s supposed to be a treat and it feels like I just flushed 20$ away for no reason.

Service was good but I ordered three medium sized cups with 3 mix-ins each. The amount of mix-ins was hardly noticeable and for the price paid, it felt like it was a rip-off! We felt like we were eating plain ice cream! Unfortunately we didn’t realize until we got home and took them out of the bag. This place in Brick, NJ used to be amazing but it’s since gone downhill! I shouldn’t have to watch them make it and ask if they can add a little more. This is not the way to keep customers happy so they come back!

Customers Beware!!!My overall experience started fine until we had to pay. When I typed in my pin, the young man that was standing on the other side of the counter. Mumbled my pin number that's when I noticed he had earpod in. When I typed in my pin the credit card machine showed me my pin number. He mumbled to himself, again! I stated to him, my pin number should not appear on the machine! It should be blocked out! Even after we did paid for the ice cream, he disappeared. We need just a lid for the ice cream. We shouted/called out for him it felt like it was like 5 minutes before he came back. Don't worry we reported the transaction and canceled my card!

The store was extremely hot, so hot the products were melting. Very small selection of flavors and two medium cups cost over $17. Not to mention the cookie dough was super gritty and gross tasting. Save your money and go to Sundae's. At least they're consistently good.

The ice cream was very good however I am extremely unimpressed by the young worker’s lack or energy and any kid of positive attitude. I can’t say she was rude but not the kind of energy you are looking for when your Kids’s are super excited. The place was not busy at all and my young kids were so excited she really could have made it a little more fun. Also at 12:30 Joe are you out of every topping. No marshmallows, whip cream or hot fudge? Does anyone do inventory and it seemed her being out of items was a usual thing. I will be driving further north to see if we have a more positive experience.
