Listen let’s get place shut down order at 427 been well over a hour who’s going to sit here and eat food that’s been sitting for a hour still not delivered it’s 528 and depending on your delivery diver like come really ridiculous altogether update it’s on 533 and nothing they only have 1 diver then the store shouldn’t be opened . I’ve ordered from little Cesar’s who’s further away and got quicker delivers even Pizza Hut zero stars this place sucks update food got here at 550 food was cold and hard we had to reheat the food wasn’t even kept on a warmer

I would like to say.. That I initially ordered our food and it was undercooked and cold so I called up the manager and she immediately rectified the problem within 20 minutes new hot pizza was at my door. That is super professional and I hope corporate sees this and commends your manager. Also good job to Phil the driver for his expeditious work. Five stars

Zero stars if I could.I ordered food for my family at 3pm on the app. The app said it was done at 3:18pm. Around 4pm I called to check on the status of my food because the app said it was done at 3:18pm and now it was an entire hour later and it still said it wasn’t picked up by a driver. The man who answered said they are short staffed and only had one driver today. I completely understand that most industries are understaffed nowadays, I said I didn’t mind waiting but I requested the food to be refired because I didn’t want to feed my family food that’s been under a heat lamp for an hour. The guy on the phone said “there’s nothing I can do” when I stated that I didn’t want to eat ice cold food. He said it’s sitting under a heat lamp and they’re waiting for a driver to come pick it up in about 20 mins. I said ok and hung up the phone. My wife called back at 4:30pm to speak to a supervisor because at that point our food still wasn’t picked up by a driver and it was 1.5 hours since we placed the order. The manager stated he refired the food and I asked if they can credit us for the next time we ordered. We said thank you and continued to wait. Our delivery driver Alicia arrived at 5:05pm with our food and instantly greeted us with an attitude. She stated that they “shouldn’t even be delivering to our area because it’s a whole 12 mins away”- which is absurd. She even went so far as to google on her phone which location I should be ordering from next time. I told her we order from this location all the time and she said the app “pushes it through when it shouldn’t be doing that”. The audacity after we waited over 2 hours for our food. I bring the food inside and everything is stone COLD. We ordered $65 worth of stuff to feed our family tonight and we received $65 worth of two hour old garbage. I called the restaurant back to update the manager Steve about the condition our food arrived and the rude delivery driver and he immediately got defensive and said we “called a half hour into ordering asking for a refund”- which literally never happened. We called an hour into waiting after seeing our food waiting under a heat lamp for 45 mins, and we never asked for a refund- we asked for a REFIRE. I will never order from this location again. Their own manager can’t even apologize and take responsibility and offer a refund or credit without being asked to do so. So unprofessional.

This restaurant routinely messes up my order. I pay for extra toppings, I get what I would consider light toppings. The drivers can't seem to follow simple instructions for delivery. I ask them to walk between buildings a and b, and they call saying "Hi, I'm at buildings c and d", like... Come on. I had to tip the dude $18 because he didn't even have $10 change. Get real. This place is an absolute joke. Get it together Steven.

Bad service, waited on the pizza for an hour and then I called but they said they canceled because they knocked and called and said I didn't respond even tho I was calling every 20 min and waiting outside bad place to order don't recommend. Order from other pizzeria instead.

My son wanted dominos and was paying for it I thought the pizza I ordered and my wife ordered were 6.99 two toppings medium pizza's when I saw the receipt a couple of days later I couldn't believe my eyes our pizza's were over 20 dollars each I can get large specials in my local pizza place for less and are 100 times better the dominos pizza weren't even that good and over 20 dollars each what a ripoff i can't believe people would pay that much for a pizza thats not even that good and took 40 minutes longer then they said if i could rate everything a zero i would

Tonight Jolene delivered my order and she was by far the sweetest human. It was raining and it was hard for her to find my building. I went outside to meet her and found that in 40 degree weather ,on top of it raining, she was delivering without a coat on. She ran up and i proceeded to help her out. She then told me that she gave me a discount for it taking a little longer than expected. Which she didn’t need to do! She then explained it was just her tonight and apologized. I know this is just a pizza order but it really is people like her that warm my heart up. You can tell she is an incredibly hard worker, down the earth, and all around sweetheart. We need more people in the world like Jolene!!
