Just like most Dunkin’s in the area, management and service sucks. You’ll get stuck there waiting and watching orders go out while yours is overlooked. They never try to correct poor service and make things right. Granted, like most other Dunkin’s, they just don’t care because they know they have the brand behind them. To bad.

Stopped here for the normal I get at order Dunkin’s and got half dozen donuts and they wouldn’t give me French crullers with them I said I get them at all the he other what are you talking about. And they rufused too give them too me until I said I don’t want none of the order. Very rude miserable people

Went into purchase a $16 dunkin' donuts metal cup first person didn't understand anything I was saying I had to wait for the person on the drive-thru to finish with four other customers in a row before asking again and then the lady who spoke no English asked the other employee who spoke partially English to help the señor waiting when finally he came to help I asked the gentleman if he had the cup in stock he said I don't think so not anymore wouldn't even check horrible service

This Dunkin is on my daily route, so I've been there many times. The staff is mostly friendly until you have an issue. The friendliness went south fast. It was VERY disappointing. I'm in retail so I understand customer service. This staff and managers need a service update. I'll be going to another Dunkin until then.

Ok, I've had it, officially. Customer service is dead. Purchased two breakfast sandwiches, donuts and two lattes here and my guest, who's autistic asked for a cup of water and the woman told us it would be $1.07 for a cup of tap water. If ever I was made to feel like I'm no more than dollar signs, this was it. No more money to this establishment.
