Hi I been coming to this location for 11 years for coffee. Today was the first time someone gave me the wrong coffee. It didn't have almond milk in it or caramel. It was nasty. I took 2 sips yuck! After work, I went to the clerk asked for Raz, not there, the girlSaid to me, don't you talk like that to me and refused to make me a new one, then some kid came over, said why did you wait 4 hours, because I was working. I want the manager. ISpend a lot of money here and get treated like this. I left came back with coworker and manager gave me a new coffee made correctly. Thank you. IShould have never been treated this way. These 2 kids didn't pay attention to the order.

Service is great, coffee is always on point. My Dunkin on Beaverrson Blvd need more lighting. It looks closed as soon as it gets dark.
