Horrible was there April 2 at 230 pm ordered 2 coffees and 1 iced all cinnamon churo was handed 1 hot 1ice where is the other coffee first of all he barely spoke English told Me I only ordered 1 hot asked the girl making them so only spoke Spanish just walked out get home and my coffee was black no churo flavor never will go there again if you work here you need to speak english

I normally go to this Dunkin off/on and the ladies behind the counter are always pleasant. However, my last visit, I was extremely disappointed. There was a girl there that I’ve never seen before, and when I told her that I had asked for something to be toasted, she went over and slammed the bag down on the counter, and said here to the other worker, as if to be annoyed. Didn’t seem very professional at her workplace!

Don’t waste your time going there at 430 am the regular girl who opened the store isn’t there anymore and now they have a person who gets there at 430 am goes inside locks the door and disappears for 15 minutes before he opens the door so now me and the other people who used to go there in the morning stopped going cus we don’t have the time to wait for someone to open the store 15 minutes late and now we have to go to a different location that actually opens on time cus we can’t afford to show up to work late every morning because this guy doesn’t feel like he needs to open on time

I am so glad that Stephanie is back here working but unhappy she is not working on Monday, the store when Stephanie is working is ALWAYS opened on-time even earlier and everything is out and ready to go. I'm on a tight schedule for work can't wait around much in the morning and when Stephanie is not working I have to try and find another place to stop and get coffee I can't wait around until 4:40 or later for the store to open. Hopefully the owner reads this review and puts her back to working on Mondays. Stephanie is such a great asset to this DD and I'll hate to go to a different store on Mondays!!!

Amit is friendly and knows all his customers by name. Always greets us when we come in the store. Amit has been at this location for a long time and it’s close to my job. Extremely slow and poor customer service. No wonder we hardly go to DD anymore! Tip: acknowledge your customers that are waiting instead of ignoring them and looking the other way while they wait.
