What a scam. Went in store now to be treated with complacent agitated server. He looked like one taking drive though orders(beard in plastic + mic) rolling his eyes unfriendly. I asked to redeem 3 egg cheese wraps with Dunkin points. Met with another eye roll. So he guided me through how to redeem and apparently I redeemed 3 orders of munchkins. 150 points each. Ok he then proceeded to have me order the breakfast wraps and pay walked away without saying anything. Another guy made the wraps and told me I did not have any munchkins on the order looking at me like I was nuts. He insisted no munchkins so I left to open the app and see 3 serves of munchkins deducted. What a joke this place is. Maybe they only want drive through. Horrible experience compared to the old guy/woman in the am. I won’t be back you can shove my munchkins!!!

It was okay. I'm saying 3 stars only bc it was based off only 1 server. The other staff could be wonderful. I ordered a small Chai Tea. As u see in the photos, it was still hot bc I just had received it, I took one SMALL sip, it tasted off like it had been watered down (not enough of the Chai powder- I'm pretty sure for a small and medium DD uses 1 packet and for a large they use 2, something like that) Either way, he did not use what he should hv bc it taste like water still as well so I open it and I see that the drink was not filled up enough. I literally had taken a sip to test the heat only. To me, it seems that he knew he was putting less powder in, hence not adding in as much hot water after, filling the small cup, so it would not be too noticeable when I tasted it. I almost went back in but I didn't. I get embarrassed with things like this. I am stating I did not go bck in so aware he was not given chance to fix mistake, to be fair to him. By now, I am assuming he knows how to make a Chai tea :)Kid-friendliness: Munchkins are fun for the children. The donuts are fun for the kids. Tjebsnack wraps are am easy quick breakfast too.

Unfortunately there's no a zero star option. Service is just terrible, drive in feels very rushed and person on the call was rude. Make sure to triple check your order since they always forget something again... Because they are rushing you out of their sight even when there's no cars behind you. My daughter and I were very disappointed. We love dunkin.

I walked into this Dunkin donuts to grab some coffee and the manager was openly berating the employees about orders and yelling at them to hurry up. This is not a way a manager should behave to his employees let alone with customers present. I looked around at the other customers faces and they were, for the most part displeased and even a bit frightened from the managers composure. This should be looked into. People can wait a few minutes for food and coffee, the added stress from a irate manager is not a solution. I did not catch his name but he is a tall stocky man who looks like he hasn't slept in a week.

I know this is just restaurant wise, but I ordered Grubhub since I couldn’t leave the house, and I never received my drink. I tried contacting the place and driver and nothing, NEVER AGAIN
the morons that work here can't even serve food correctly. i ordered a bagel toasted and buttered and the thing was dripping with butter out of the wrapper all over my car and they don't even give you a bag for ithire someone over the age of 20 and maybe you won't have such poor service

So cheap on the whip cream the worst iced coffee pumpkin spice signature! Been here 3 times for it and they always forget the caramel or the spice on top and barely any whip cream. Won’t be coming to this location anymore … so disappointed

I've been disappointed with this location time and time again. Today I really had enough. No matter what store I go to I always order a Medium or Large Iced Coffee with Cream & Caramel. Every location I've gone to has done my order well except this place. First of all they are ridiculously overpriced and expensive. It's outrageous what this place charges for drinks. Second of all I always have to add my own ingredients to get the coffee to my liking. Today really set me over the edge. When I walked in and received my mobile order i immediately knew the Iced Coffee was OLD and out of code by the color of the drink (and no it was not because there wasn't enough cream or caramel because I added more myself and still looked like an awful brown color. It tastes awful. If your going to charge $3.99 for a medium iced coffee the drink better be fresh and made with care. The employees, they are young so I get it. I'm 17 so I'm the same age as some of them. That's another problem most of the time when I'm in there, there is no manager or grown adult in the store it's always just kids. To me that's strange. You need to have some sort of leader at the store at all times to make sure everything is up to date.Might I add that this is the closest location to my house and I purposely go to the next closest one because how historically disappointed I've been with my orders.Bottom line this store needs to take pride and put effort into making food and beverages that people can enjoy for the price that they charge.
