The cashier was nasty when I asked for cream instead of milk in my iced coffee, he answered with a curt “No!” like I was a child, meanwhile I’ve had my iced coffee like that at every other Dunkin. Then he gave me part of my order and walked away to the back before giving me the rest. I stood there waiting for the rest like a fool and tried getting help from one of the other employees who couldn’t be bothered, until the cashier finally came back and rudely said “what are you waiting for?” Then makes me the rest of my order. This place was great a while back and now has gotten horrible, very rude staff, makes you feel like you are bothering them and you don’t matter. It’s a shame, because I went to this Dunkin very often, never again.

By far the worst Dunkin around. Never get the orders correct…slow service. For instance this morning I ordered an everything bagel with butter and jelly and they gave me cream cheese and a regular bagel. They also messed up my granddaughters drink they gave her a strawberry dragon fruit green tea refresher instead of a strawberry mango refresher. Ordered 2 glazed donuts and received 1 glazed and 1 old fashioned. Unfortunately this has happened multiple times since we moved to the area.

Go to the Dunkin on 88 instead. I paid $13 for a bagel that was so hard i couldn’t eat it (stale), hash browns that were undercooked and a coffee that taste like it’s been sitting at the bottom of the pot all morning. The few times i have gone to this one something is always wrong today was the last time. This Dunkin is terrible period.

I think this is one of the best D&D's I've been to. **Most** employees are super polite.I moved here four years ago when it wasn't a drive through, and now that it's a drive through, I like it even more.Keep up the good work.
I went to this DD today. PARAM took my drive thru order and provided phenomenal service. Param made it a 5-star DD experience and his positivity made my day better! Thank you Param!!
Dunkin' donuts, do us a favor and shut this place down. I walked in at 5:00 there were absolutely no donuts, no bagels,no muffins...... nothing. No one behind the counter but The only employee was sitting at a table on his phone not helping anybody. Shut this place down and open up a rook.

I have my moments but for the most part I'm usually patient. At the risk of becoming an absolute jerk I'm not coming here anymore. EVERY TIME it's a long wait. At first it seemed to be due to a staffing shortage but now there are a handful of people standing around. What's going on here guys? Sorry I just don't wanna waste anymore time coming to this location DD are a dime a dozen.
