Went this past Sunday and ordered the chicken and pancakes. I was helped by a server named A’Monica and she was the best! Very fast and attentive and checked up on me often and when I got my food made sure I was ok. Restaurant was clean, meal was good, no complaints from me! I hope to get served by that lady again.

Thought, hey this IHOP is always empty, let’s get breakfast for dinner. Nope cause that would require someone acknowledging you, seating you, seeing you…. We stood for ten minutes at the hostess podium, waiter walks by, looks at us and keeps it moving. We thought he would get the hostess. Nope. My husband went over to a waitress that had been standing at the kitchen entry to let her know we were there. She said sorry, we are short staffeded. I did not misspell that! We then waited another 5 minutes without anyone coming over and left. Great job IHOP in Brick.

Our waitress was really sweet, I sadly forgot her name. She explained they were down a cook, understandable. However, food came out cold, our waitress rushed it back and we got a new and hot French toast.A lot of people were waiting to be sat with no one at the front explaining the situation or turning people away, saw lots of people walk out.Again, waitress was sweet.Environment was relatively clean.

Went in on March 25, 2024 at 7 pm. Entire place had two people in it. The girl working couldn't be bothered to take our order or even come up to the front. Her boyfriend walked in, she rushed to the front, complained about working conditions and that she couldnt get a raise. Maybe she'd have a raise if she did her job ?♂️

It's been a long time that we had Breakfast at a IHOP.Both of our Omelette's were very large and delicious...Definitely brought back memories from nearly 10+ year's of not visiting one of their locations...

Waitress is only one here. She is doing everything from serving, cleaning, takeouts and probably cooking as well. Managers left early and left the waitress alone. Poorly run establishment. The 0wners should fire the managers for leaving this place

Didn't get the toppings on the omelet, no utensils at the table, waitress too busy, refused the meal due to the lack of fulfilling the order to the description on the menu. Sent it back and the Manager said he would take it off the bill, and the waitress (if you can call her that) said she discounted for the lack of toppings even though she took the whole food back and I didn't eat. How dumb is this one. She later took the item off after I told her the manager said he would take it off because I had nothing at the table. I won't be back.

The website and Google Maps clearly states that this location is open 24 Hours. The sign on the door even says “24 Hours Fri&Sat” it’s Saturday morning. They should be open! Alas, they aren’t! Because … New Jersey
