I used to come here all the time. The service is always great, but the quality has gone downhill fast. The last two times I placed a pickup order it was wrong, and this time I unwrapped my sandwich to find a hair in it.

I purchased through grub hub. I ordered a cheese steak wrap and a Turkey and provolone wrap. I spent 36.00 on 2 wraps that weren’t worth it. I belong to the club I purchase all the time, but, disappointed isn’t the word.

Brown lettuce again for the second time in two weeks. And I asked for #56 with whole wheat and didn’t get whole wheat. Last week i placed an online thinking they’ll get the order correct order was wrong also. i didn’t post a negative review because maybe they had an off day/ week but never again!

While at this store today, the employee charged me extra just for the type of ham I wanted on my sub...No other Jersey Mike's sub place ever did that. I guess they think they're not making enough on a regular sub that costs $9.00?

I am a regular at this particular location so at this point they know me by name and when I come in it is as though I am greeted by an old friend. I have a couple of go to options as far as the subs go. My favorites are the original Italian, the club supreme, and the chicken bacon (with chipotle mayo). Always rosemary Parm, always adding the pickles and a bag of miss Vickie's jalapeno kettle chips!
Best sub place around. Not only do they always provide delicious food they are extremely kind. My 4 year old son is his tonsils and adenoids out last week and as his first real meal he wanted jersey mikes. They were so kind and sweet listening to him and engaging and she even bought him his sub!!! This is why we will forever be loyal to jersey mikes!!!!!!!

What a bunch of crap.. Wawa and Quick check are so much better.. Wawa and Quick Check at least put tons of meat that is fresh with good ingredients and fresh bread.. these morons in bricktown keep ordering from this place because they think it's fresh.. is disgusting and I have the pictures to prove it.. my recommendation is to change your name because it's embarrassing and get rid of the franchise
