I ordered through Uber eats and wrote on my order to not add an item due to an allergy. I also paid extra for a hash brown. When I called I was told they saw my note but the person making it didn’t follow the instructions. I asked if they can remake it the correct way and add in my hash brown I didn’t receive and I was told I need to place a new order through Uber eats because they don’t deliver food even though their website says they do. Horrible service for disregarding a serious food allergy when workers admitted they noticed the note.

First time ever coming here today . The picture of the smokehouse bagel looked amazing so I wanted to try it.. and it looked nothing like the picture very disappointed .one picture is the one in the window vs what I got ... About the only thing that's accurate is the price because nothing is cheap in Manhattan.
Get birthday coupons that say they work at any Manhattan Bagel, but they all have separate systems and since I used to go to this one when I lived in Brick, my rewards are permanently locked here I guess.

!!FALSE ADVERTISING!! It said on a board outside the store that if you JOINED rewards you got a free bagel and cream cheese well no apparently you have to check in 7 times before u get it which is not what it said on the board outside. Lady I asked was very rude about it as well. You guys lost a customer…ridiculous
