Atrocious customer service. Waited over 10 minutes for an order that was on the ‘now serving’ screen to the point where I was sure it was stolen but no one cared to acknowledge me. Finally someone did and I asked if it was stolen and she walked away without responding. If you are going to do delivery orders pay attention to the blasted deliveries and at least acknowledge those who are picking up the orders for your customers.

The place was clean and well lit. BIg Macs are, well..., Big Macs. Yummy. Service was friendly where they bring your order right to your table. There is plenty of free parking. I asked for salt free fries and got them that way. They listen to details.Parking: In or adjacent r not to a shopping center, thus plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks are accommodating, and Doors are nice and wide. There are plenty of free standing tables.

I don't know who was flipping the burgers around 3:00 p.m. on 2/7/2024 but I would just like to say BRAVO! That may have been the best Quarter Pounder w/cheese that I have ever gotten. Crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside! Maybe I've just grown to accept dry burgers at fast food places in exchange for the convenience of a quick meal. So this was an unexpected treat. Thank you to the cook!

This location runs hot and cold. Sometimes the food is warm other times the french fries are limp and cold. The hamburger rolls are sometimes old and hard..The drive-thru staff also is hit or miss. The younger employees do not say a single word to the customer. No greetings, no have a nice day... nothing which is rude, in my opinion. I say hi and thank you and nothing back. I only go to this location when watching my grandchildren but I don't know if I'll be back.

The staff does not acknowledge you when you go in the door. The McDonald's could be completely empty and they will walk past you like you don't exist. Not even I'll be right with you. And then they huff and puff when you try to get their attention. Don't recommend this

Not really sure how a place could be so slow and disorgansoed. It’s a simple drive thru set up. When you’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and the kid at the window ask you what your order is then you know the whole place is clueless.

20 minutes on the drive thru line.This Mcdonalds is a complete joke and I will not return.They dont park cars and its insane.Owners please go to this drive thru between 6 and 7 at night and see for yourself.The French Fries were cold and soggy which was weird because of the line.
