Ordered online on 12/15. Accidentally ordered carry out instead of delivery. Tried to cancel the order online but their website wasn’t working. Immediately called the Brick location to cancel or try and switch to delivery. No answer. I called literally four separate times. No answer. I had to load my toddler in the car in the pouring rain and drive over. I asked the guy at the counter why they’re not answering their phones. He said “It goes to a call center and they never got anything.” I told him that the phone number is associated with the building and not Pizza Hut’s call center. Just a straight blank stare, after I caught him in a lie. I asked for a manager, he told me he was the manager. No apology, no compensation, a total bizarre conversation. I even gave him a $6 tip on a $20 order just so he can take the pizza from the kitchen to the counter and hand it to me. Called back when I got home from getting my order, guy answered after two seconds. I informed him that his phones are working. I knew it was tough finding good help, but god bless. Do better.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce. No extra sauce was added. They barely add any sauce only some near the crust. If I wanted to eat cheesy bread sticks I would have ordered them. I won't be returning here again. They just don't listen.

The person working tonight should be fired. Laziest person ever. Did i park in the wrong spot for curbside? Yes. Did he bother looking at other spots? No. Did i kindly ask for the food to be placed in my trunk vs have my unfriendly dog bite him? Yes... he had a fit and literally threw the food in the trunk. If you cant do your job, Get one you're better suited for.

Came in on 09/11/22 around 8pm. There were only two young girls working at the time. Before the worker had an opportunity to greet me the manager began yelling profanities from the back of the store. The workers looked mortified as they said to me I’m sorry that is the manager. Several attempts were made to contact the store, the store’s number reroutes you to a foreign company. Manager’s are too busy watching football games to answer phone calls. Only gave 3 stars for those poor girls who had to deal with that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Placed an order around 7:30. Around 8:30 i get a text from doordash saying "it's on its way" - I call the store to find out and it turns out that instead of staffing their store with enough drivers, they subcontract Doordash to complete their orders. When I placed the order, I put a 0 dollar tip to put on my card, as I prefer to tip drivers in cash so the store doesn't get a piece. I called the store around 8:30 and the person who answered the phone was pleasant but the manager who got on the phone couldn't have been less professional. I requested a refund because there was no "dasher" available. I did not consent to have doordash deliver my food, nor did I want that at all. When I get a manager, they answered the phone with an attitude and said verbatim "Your entire order including your 0 dollar tip has been refunded"This is entirely unacceptable as I fully intended to tip the driver in cash.I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. I recommend to anyone to avoid at all costs. Plenty of decent pizza in the area.

I always used to get the meaty marinara pasta. Well they recently changed the recipe and NOT for the better!!! The new version SUCKS! There’s barely any meat, and virtually no sauce. At least the breadsticks haven’t changed ??♀️?

Not the best pizza place in town but definitely one of the fastest when life takes you by surprise go to Pizza Hut!!! Employees are amazing and the customer service is definitely at 100%!!! Not a big fan of the new calling system just go there in person!! Still really fast for going there in person and being last minute!!!

Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce. A few pieces of Pineapple, Ham was in a clump on one piece and it was stiff like cardboard! I do not recommend thin crust ANYTHING from this place.

We walk in to this pizza place not knowing you have to order first and pay and then sit yourself and actually just serve ur self no waitress at all only one person working. If wasn’t just really hungry and miss Pizza Hut pie I would not want to be here at all, place disgusting talked about social distance and etc but in the meantime this place is turning to look like a dumbed. Pizza Hut is look like about to close down for good I guess

Horrible customer service… Stood at the counter to order a pizza for 20 minutes while the rep organized the sauces. The bathrooms were disgusting. Just filthy! We passed on the pizza! ?

When I was ordering at the restaurant with Wes he was rude and had an attitude. I went to hand Wes my credit card to pay he walked away while I was speaking to him and said pay when you pick up. A short time later I went to retrieve my order and I observed Wes scratching his nose with one of the white discs used to prevent the box from touching the pizza then placing that same disc on my pizza. Not only is this unsanitary it is very disrespectful. I’m appalled he had the nerve to be so disrespectful. I spoke with management who told me they were making a new pizza and that Wes was reassigned. It’s obvious that Pizza Huts employees and management do not care about being unsanitary and/or disrespectful because about 10 minutes later Wes was back at his earlier assignment. I will no longer be eating at this or any Pizza Hut again nor will any of my family and friends.

Nice Pizza Hut. Definitely feels like the old pizza huts you’d go to after a baseball game or with a huge group of friends. I mean everyone knows Pizza Hut is the worst for you but man it is the best to have on a cheat day. I give this Pizza Hut a wonderful 5 stars out of 5 stars. Will chow down again here.
