Have eaten here several times, and the food was mediocre, but ok. The last time my salad was filled with mushy lettuce. I mentioned it and did not ask for comp, but they did, which was nice.It is a sports bar and VERY loud, particularly during a sporting event.The restaurant is in the water; the interior is very casual. You can sit on the deck in the nice weather.Staff is nice.

Good was very good. They only gave us one menu for 4 people, they finally found 1 more after we had all shared the 1. Music was too loud for dinner, good, but too loud to talk.

I went here specifically for the corned beef and cabbage. I had it last year and it was absolutely delicious, so when St. Paddy's Day rolled around again, I knew I had to visit River Rock. I don't know what on earth happened, but this year the meal really missed the mark. The corned beef was so salty that it was totally inedible, and after sending it back, the second batch was only slightly less salty. And the Irish soda bread was just as lousy. I'm not sure how their recipes can be so drastically different from last year. Another issue was the music. It's always obnoxiously loud and makes conversation impossible. This place is garbage. Go somewhere else.

Outside bar in summer is nice but crowd is certainly not of the "caliber" of Harpoon Willie's just across the River. It seems the dress code for men is "no sleeves wife beaters only " and the occasional fist fight in the parking lot..
