Came in here to order lunch. Wanted to pay cash. The first cashier said she didn't take cash and I had to go to the next register. Really? Why? You can't move over to the other register and take cash. When I asked why, she said she was busy. Really? She took 3 more customers while I waited patiently for another worker to come take my Cash!The order was put in and came out wrong. My friend ordered a baconator w/o cheese and got a double cheeseburger w/o cheese and no bacon but it did have cheese. She didn't want to make a fuss because I was already annoyed. Needless to say I will not be coming here or to any other Wendys.

When you ask for burgers with extra mayonnaise and ketchup and only a dot of mayonnaise, I have issue with that. When you order spicy nuggets with a dipping sauce and only get the nuggets, I have an issue with that. Don't get delivery from THIS Wendy's. They suck!!!

Decent food, came with friends. The staff is a lot of teens and young adults and were very rowdy. Thought I clearly said my name but apparently not. They said the wrong name so I waited for 15 minutes in a booth, someone else had taken my food. They let me order it again, but the cashier, he seemed more worried about the conversation in the kitchen than anything else.

I was taking my small son out for a mommy/son date. I had one fifty dollar bill on me. We waited in line, ordered, got to the window and was told “we don’t take 50’s or up.” Wow, Wendy’s… in a day and age where y’all have upped the price of like a single chicken sandwich to about $10, and the meal for just my son and I was over $25, this is pathetic… How bout train your staff to check bills properly instead of send people away. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. Unbelievable.

The female manager during the day is rude, abrasive, and not professional. I stopped going for about 8 months because of her and what do you know, I decide to go back and nothing changed. The employees below her need a better Manger that shows the good side of a Wendy’s location. I seldom rate places but this one was a must. Do better and let your customers feel liked when they walk in to spend their money.
