I was missing part of my delivery order so I called the restaurant with my concern. This is not the first time this happened but I decided to give them another try. It will be the last time I order from them. The person on the phone told me that we must be lying because he packed the order and said the fries were in the bag. I told him they were not. I voiced that I would not be ordering again from them after he accused us of lying. He told me he’d rather lose a client then give away free food. I was very disappointed to hear that. As a business owner myself, I would never accuse a customer of lying. I would rectify the situation. Customers are what makes a business stay in business. I treat all of my customers with respect and was disheartened that another business would not do the same.

Fresh chicken! I think the quality of the chicken is so much better than KFC. The flavor is a little plainer than KFC, but KFC chicken always has broken bones which means the chickens were not healthy, and were fed high amounts and shot up with steroids. Every time I get food, it's fresh and delicious. The folks there are respectful and considerate. Rare these days. The prices are completely fair. We have gotten food to go twice now, and have been pleasantly surprised both times. The chicken is very good. Of the sides we tried, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, and potato logs are all excellent. The double cheeseburger was delicious and larger than anticipated, and the real lamb in the gyro was tender and tasty, even if the tzatziki sauce was only mediocre. The fried shrimp wasn't seafood restaurant quality, but it was better than fast food shrimp I've had before. We'll be back.
