“I have worked at Century Bakery since my sophomore year of high school in 2021 to February 2024.My family and I have always purchased the most beautiful and delicious cakes from Century Bakery. My father would always bring home iced butterfly cookies when I was a little girl. (Thank you to Michelle for continuing to make unique cookies that made my childhood extra special)I’ve always had so much love for baking and decorating. During covid I did school online and spent my time at home baking. I was always shy while growing up and being isolated during covid didn’t help much. While working at Century Bakery I was able to express my creativity, learn more, develop hard work ethic, and interpersonal skills.I am now a Real Estate Agent and starting a career at 18 years old. Century Bakery has inspired me to own a cupcake business. I highly recommend Century Bakery to teenagers looking for a part time job after school.No job is perfect. Not everyone you work with is going to be your best buddy. Not every customer is going to be satisfied. There were hard days at work just like every job. From words of encouragement to needing an extra hand. “Really great staff, meant my in-laws there for coffee and one of the staff members gave my 2-year-old son a couple of free donut holes!Kid-friendliness: I've been to a lot of dunkin' donuts, most of the time. The staff really isn't that nice, but at this location they are very well staffed. Kid friendly. Nice to kids that were running around the store“
