I enjoyed the mango slush and the pieces of mango fruit inside. Very sweet. The milk tea was average. Even though I ordered regular sugar, it wasn't that sweet. There's some places to sit inside but usually there's a lot of people that there's no spots left. I like how there's a monitor that you can order and pay yourself without lining up to talk to someone to order. Since I have 2 young kids, I like to ask bubble tea places if I can order a large for them to pour it into 2 small cups so my kids won't fight over sharing a cup. Unfortunately this is one of the places where they're not able to do this for kids, so I had to order 2 separate orders for them.

The lady at the front is so rude. Wanted to order paying cash and got screamed at and just left. Love the mango slushies but honestly never coming back to this location. Get better

Drink was delicious. But ordering process was very confusing. Staff didn't seem to want to break their rhythm to help a newbie customer. I figured it out eventually but was very frustrated.Visited another franchise in Shelburne, VT a week later. The experience there was awesome!

I walked in the store and I could automatically see the lady’s face change from a smile to straight face as a previous Caucasian customer just left. I am African American btw (not sure if this had anything to do with it) but no one else was in the store and she turned her back to me and continued to cut fruit as if I wasn’t there. I stood there for a few mins and then just decided to go to the other boba store in the mall. I feel sad knowing that I was blatantly ignored.
