Was here with my wife for karaoke.I had asked the big girl if she could get me another drink her reply was " Lauren just asked and you said no, now you want one?" Very attitude. Lauren was great but the big girl has a major attitude. I had asked for a tuna sub $9 for a roll with cheese and garden and that was it. No tuna at all! Someone needs to put that big girl in check

Wings were cooked well but lacked a lot of flavor (garlic parmesan) pizza was.. overcooked? Ranch was heavy on the mayo. The Parmesan chicken entre item was probably the better meal that we had. Service was inviting though

Steakouts hosted a jeep show, and the turnout was incredible ! I was concerned whether they could keep up with the demand... but they had a ton of bartenders and cooks. The food was great and the drinks were cold.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ramps

Had a great time at the jeep show they hosted 8/26... had chicken fingers with fries (hard to go wrong) the bartenders were great never had to wait long even though they were very busy, I'll be back ?
Food was horrible, got the prime rib sandwich which had a really weird taste only took one bite, smelled the dipping sauce had some weird smell, even had the waitress smell it and she said I smell what you are referring to. Check came and it was still on there, horrible food horrible customer service stay away

Personally, it's dungy. There's 2 barmaid's that have nice personalities that can hold a Convo with customers around the bar. As for everyone else if you don't enjoy doing what you do find another career path. If it wasn't for the cook I'd never be in here. Establishment in full honesty has nothing to offer except attitudes with zero patronage. We've tried for a year to be steady customers, I've witnessed tenders scream at customers while the manager allows it and walks into her office. I've been seeing the daily regulars at a different local bar and grill so I'm not alone in this. Actually sucks to have a place like that has so much potential yet nothing being done with it
