For every minute I waited for a toasted bagel with cream cheese when I was the only one in here when I ordered and then watched 3 other people come in and place orders with cooked food and then get there's before me...this is absolutely insane. I definitely will not be back.

I love Bagel Zone. The owner and staff are always friendly to me. I get a lot of bagels for my out of state friends who do not know what a real bagel is? I also love the specialty spreads. The garlic and herb is a new favorite.

I randomly came across the Bagel Zone and was further interested in trying them since they've won "Best of" from the Courier Post for three years in a row.I will say that the breakfast Sandwich was good, but I will also say that (thus far) the best bagels I've ever had from SJ are from a different place. The Bagel I tried from here was their Bacon & Egg Bagel. Although it was tasty, I would have wanted more of the bacon in their-forward taste when biting into it. I didn't taste the bacon until the finishing point from my third bite. I was, however, tasting the poppy seeds in the dough from the first bite. I'm not sure if the poppy seeds were incorporated to be creative and/or distinctive for this bagel, and I'm aware that other people may love the poppy seeds; I, however, would choose to eliminate them from the dough and maybe add some extra bacon (or bacon fat) to the dough to make that flavor more pronounced in the tasting profile.Either way, the bagel breakfast Sandwich was filling and given how popular the place was (a rather long line) the service time was on par for how busy it was. Something that I applaud the Owner or management team for, as they readily let people know they were getting everyone's orders done, and will be with the new customers in a moment. The unfortunate factor is that some customers do not understand food takes time to cook, especially when balancing lots of orders at one time....so to anyone visiting The Bagel Zone or any other eatery...please be patient as it takes time to prepare your food, and everyone else's who came in before you.I say this because two people walked out in a huff while we were waiting (patiently), and one other customer became agitated and argued with the staff-staff that remained patient & friendly in spite of being unnecessarily yelled at.So great job to the staff! I appreciate that you were communicating, friendly, and prepped, cooked, & completed my and everyone else's meals in a timely manner

This place has the best bagels in the area. They also sell and promote other local brands and products. Definitely stop by!

Good bagels but they are so slow. 3rd in line for a dozen bagels it took 20min whom ever takes your order makes it, dumb, why not 1 cook and 2 counter people?

Hello world please, listen the owner Joe, act in a very strange manner every time i go there, he always has this weird way of blurting nasty random things when I'm placing an order i always ignored him. but 12/29/23 at 1:08:33, weird random things again, this time he gave me a good reason never to go back there This time while giving my order to the cashier, here he goes again saying things acting as if we were taking to long to place our order, now mind you no one else is in the store as if the line is being held up, the order took less two minutes. ok i get home open the bag my food all wrong, i called the store he answers the phone he tells me, yelling, BUT IT COMES LIKE THAT! i say but that's not what i ordered he went back a forward with that same attitude for awhile until i decided to say, ok you are right. I'm thinking I've had enough. that's when he said come back ill give you your money back. he said it in a laughing tone, matter a fact the whole time on the phone with him he sounded as if he was amused. The man can't be all there OR maybe he gets off this way treating certain people like that. Who would do that to a customer? HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE. THIS I KNOW sign He won't get a chance to do it again.

We waited in line to order for approximately 20 minutes. Finally got to order a basic sandwich - bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel - waited another 20 minutes. When I went up to the counter to ask how much longer it would take for them to make my sandwich, I find out that they never made my sandwich because the ticket was lost! So, without an apology or even an offer to give me my money back and give me my sandwich for free due to THEIR mistake, all they offered was my money back or I could wait to get my sandwich made. No apology or anything. They blamed it on the possibility that the ticket slipped on the floor. When I asked to speak to the manager, instead of apologizing, he blames me for waiting so long to ask about my sandwich. Knowing how they always are in there, a 15-20 minute wait really isn’t out of the norm there. So, to put that on me as if that isn’t a normal wait time for people order in-person on a weekend is beyond my understanding…clearly! And then, as I leave, he yells out that should go back to Willingboro and go the bagel place there! What kind of person and business owner are you to do something like that! I found his comment to be both classist and racist. Why he thought that was okay to say that, I’ll never know. He said it as if any establishment in Willingboro is lesser than or something. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I expect more. So, I would NOT recommend this place and if I could give ZERO STARS I most certainly would!

The owner of Bagel Zone, Joe and his staff are very professional and the food is excellent. I also want to thank and mention how Joe the owner supported the Burlington Township Sports Club Foundation this December in donating 150 fresh assortment of bagels, and several blocks of cream cheese and butter for free to our great community members who came out and supported the BTSCF Hot Chocolate Fundraiser on Saturday Dec.16th at Pinewald Park. The generosity to give back 15 free dozen bagels to our nonprofit charity was amazing and appreciated. We appreciate when our local businesses in Burlington Township support our children and the fundraisers that local businesses allow and we wanted to acknowledge Bagel Zone as a great partner in all our efforts which helps our community.Sincerely,The Burlington Township Sports Club Foundation Team

While the bagel shop may not boast 5 star customer service, its charm lies in the undeniable quality of its bagels. The reasonably priced, high-quality offerings make this establishment a hidden gem for bagel enthusiasts. The shop's commitment to crafting delicious bagels outweighs any service shortcomings, creating a must-try experience for those who prioritize flavor over frills.

This place is absolutely terrible and I cannot believe that this establishment is still standing after so many years. I went to get 2 bagels today (obviously) and after my order, the employee went to make them and I heard the owner mumble under his breath "fat fuck" I couldn't believe it! I left without waiting for the bagels because no one that acts like that will recieve my patronage.

Amazing bagels, terrible customer service from the owner specifically. The rest of the staff is pleasant but the owner rants and complains all the time. Sick of it. I can't go here anymore, I grew up going here so it's a real bummer. If you ask for anything specific on an order, he'll pop out with a nasty comment. If you get there 15 minutes after they say they'll be open but he's not ready. He'll start berating everyone waiting at the store. Not sure what is going on. I see from the rest of the reviews it's a constant issue. But no doubt, the bagels are incredible.
