I went to here at 11pm . Ask for a number one with no cheese . End up getting cheese . The fries were cold and the soda is flat. Don’t come here Close to closing time. It happens everytime I come here that the fries are cold . And they don’t put ice in the soda at all . So the soda is warm . This is a disgrace . I love Burger King but not here . Do better !

How is a honey mustard chicken wrap have NO honey mustard? AND SPECIFICALLY told you no tomato in my wrap because my friends allergic AND YOU PUT TOMATO in the wrap.THEN STARE ME DOWN AS YOU HAND ME MY ORDER knowing that it’s wrong no warning. The cashier seemed like he didn’t care for his job at 4:30 pm. And when I specifically told you buffalo and sweet n sour and you give me ketchup?? LOL a joke of a Burger King and I will not come back. I spent a hefty amount here for a group order because I figured you guys always got my order right. Now I’m gonna just not even bother anymore.

Went here last night and saw a roach crawl out window onto ledge in drive thru and I told the worker and he laughed and killed it with a napkin. I threw entire meal away but should have asked for refund. I won't ever eat here again.?
Ignore my request for ranch rather than the zesty sauce onion rings come with. Was not busy didn't check order.

I just don't get it so they send you a coupon through your email and not once but several times you go to the Burger King and you present the coupon they won't honor it they look at you like your crazy example yesterday was National cheeseburger it says you can get a cheeseburger for a dollar so not true they didn't honor it a cheeseburger was 229 imagine that so I guess it's your choice keep going to bk but why????????? Listen just be ware they don't even honor their own coupons I don't understand it and they should because it's not like their food is really good
