“This is feedback on customer service from cashier Suresh G. The franchise located on Sunset Road in Burlington New Jersey store# PC349198. Please offer a refresher on customer service. If this is what I expect to encounter from future visits to a drive thru for all Dunkin Donuts I will keep going. Her attitude needs fixing, placing my order her tone was hostile like she was having a bad day and when I drove around no cars were waiting she took my card hands it back then began removing a mat on the counter wipes it clean then slowly walks over to pick up a cup to pour the coffee. This is not a good fit for her if she is working with customers. My sister and I watched her - made a mental note and basically said its the mood swings of teenagers as we have them at home but that wasn't good enough attitudes like hers don't belong working with people period. ****Update Review on past visit to DD in May 2015**** Update, Great Job! I posts about my personal experiences bad and now good! I was pleased with the service I received and witness to other guests inside the store. This time I came with my niece and her 2 college roommates. As we entered the front door a young man came out to hold the door open said hello with a smile then walked back around the counter to take our order. There was also a young lady working behind the counter both were very friendly patient and accommodating. I had already placed my order but my niece the undecided kept adding and changing her mind. Not intentionally as she had no knowledge of my experience here in the drive in with her mom but all the while the young lady smiled made small chat and even explained how to register online for a DD rewards card! I don't have the receipt so I can't recall her name but she was so patient and understanding and genuine to all the customers she helped inside. The young man made his rounds cleaning tables emptying trash all with a smile. I am very happy I went back, this was a different experience and these young adults really went out of their way to engage with people not something I see everywhere most just do their assigned task and back to taking orders but their actions made me take notice - yes I was surprised and pleased to see this! They made it more inviting and said Hi! Hello with a smile! That goes a long way!!! Great Job!!! Next time I'll get their names I'll be back“
“I literally never write reviews but I feel this Dunkin deserves one. I am an avid Dunkin drinker and stopped at this one on the way back from a track meet cuz I needed my coffee fix and it was hands down the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. We had a pretty complicated order and everything was top notch, the food tasted like it was warmed perfectly and the coffee was actually fresh tasting. Also I should probably mention it was 1:30pm so that’s especially impressive for it not being the morn. The worker was also super nice which is unusual for Dunkin“
