First time I went to Freddy's. I took my grandson there for dinner noonday eve. 4/1/2024. Burlington restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. My grandson ate his whole burger which is unusual. He almost always only eats half. He loved the fries. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with onion rings. Both the best I've ever had. I can't describe how delicious the shakes and custard was. Staff was awesome. Will visit again.

Decided to give this place a try since it’s brand new! I did the drive thru - I was in line for 26 minutes total - annoying but I expected it since they’re new. The person who took my order was very kind and the people at the windows were nice as well. I ordered a regular onion ring and a concrete ( vanilla and chocolate custard with Reese’s cups and Reese’s peanut butter, but they didn’t have the Reese’s peanut butter). I included pics, but the regular onion ring had 7 total in the bag - several of which were extremely small. They tasted like nothing by frying oil and the larger ones didn’t seem to have much onion in them at all. The concrete had MAYBE 7-8 flecks of chocolate (I took pics at diff levels) and absolutely zero peanut butter cups or even a hint of peanut butter flavor as if the cups had been pulverized in the custard. The custard itself was decent but nothing I’d run back to get. I thought I ordered two pretty simple items, but for $10+, this was very disappointing. I won’t be returning to try anything else.

I went through the drive through and the person taking my order was very nice. There was a minor issue when the lady at the food pick up window tried to give me someone else's food but it was fixed very quickly.I upgraded the fries in my meal to chili cheese fries for $1.50 and I think they were the best part of my meal. I had the double jalapeno burger and the jalapenos and burger sauce were only on maybe 25% of the burger on one side. The burger was fine but it didn't stand out to me for the parts that had no sauce.Chili cheese fries are included in a picture.Kid-friendliness: The kids meals were 6.99 and you had the option of a single burger, 2 chicken tenders or a hot dog. It came with fries and a drink. It seems to be a good portion for kids and my 2 year old seemed to enjoy it. You can choose juice, milk or water.

Customer service was great! Burger was fresh with delicious crispy edges... but not too crispy. The Freddy fries... *chef's kiss* leaves you with a nice season & good texture. The tenders are perfect. The breading isn't overly crunchy like other places and is satisfying with every bite. Good portions on everything and flavor is just right. I will return. The price point is a little more than other places but for the freshness, amount and quality well worth it. I am shocked anyone gave less than 4 stars.

Freddy's Burgers is gonna be the go to spot in 6 months. The manager has a skilled and driven crew, and they're turning out the best smash burgers in this area.I got the classic w/no pickle and caramelized onions and the California burger, fries and a vanilla malt. Everything was fantastic! The young brothers and sisters in the kitchen and at the counter are something to brag about. Thanks for a great experience.
At least we don't have to drive all the way to Broomall.

It was very hectic today and I had an issue with my mobile order. The manager explained to me the issue and offered to take my order and give me a discount. After speaking with him my order that I placed via mobile app came through. I was not mad at all and u understand that they just opened and it was extremely busy today. I am writing a 5 star review because the staff are doing the best that they can on this extremely busy day.

Drove my son to Freddy's for a celebratory treat for passing his course in college and the whole drive thru experience took only an hour. The food according to my son was delicious!! The staff were hard working and courteous. However getting through the drive thru was tricky because the cars waiting to order their meals were often blocking the open parking spaces especially the handicap zones making it difficult for dine in customers to park . I want to go back though and try their Twix Salted Caramel Custard and one of their steak burgers.. Sounds delicious and is worth the money ❤️❤️
