I love JB Bakery! I have ordered cookies, cakes, and pretzels. All have been delicious! I love her homemade, fresh products. When I serve her baked goods, everyone loves them and wants her business card! It takes a lot of work to create the magic of JB Bakery and I am so glad she does!

I love this bakery. So far I’ve had cookies, carrot cakes, cookies and cream cake, vanilla cupcakes, red velvet, chocolate moose, strawberry shortcake and all so so yummy. This is the second time I’ve purchase a cake from here for an event and I’m just pleased with that also. Crew is friendly and very helpful. 2 weeks ago I ordered a Galaxy theme cake for my daughter. She loved it and exactly what she showed them she wanted. I also ordered carrot and red velvet slices and everyone enjoyed. Definitely recommend JBbakery!Parking: Every time I stop by the bakery I always find parking. Never been a problem.

Horrible!! Although the server was nice, she was coughing and playing with her hair!! She even coughed in her hands, she didn’t wear gloves or a mask. So , needless to say I will never return and I will let my people know as well.

Been going here off and on for years. It was really good years ago. But the last few years it’s been hit or miss. Last week bought a four piece cake sample which was not very good. A small cheesecake with cherry topping. The topping was oozing out of the top and there was no crust. Cheesecake was chunky like it wasn’t fully cooked.
It’s really upsetting to go to a family small business and get treated with an attitude. We got to the bakery and all we see is young teenagers at the register which is nice to see young people working.But the only difference is that they were just there hanging out.We waited for a few minutes to be help because they were busy talking.The one girl at the register name starts with an N don’t want to say her name because am not trying to embarrass her was eating chipotle and probably got upset because we came at her lunch at 6:30 pm or so.We wanted to get a few things and as we waited patiently for help she seemed bothered that we were there to bring the business money.So we ordered some biscotti and when she pulled the sheet of biscottis some of them fell on top of other cookies because she pulled it hard like she was upset.So we kept our composure and was trying to finish ordering so that we can go home and enjoy our dessert.Then my wife asked a question about what flavors were the pastries and she had another attitude. So long story short. I told her that we didn’t want the cookies or the pastries anymore because of her nasty attitude the bakery lost a customer.I asked to speak to the owner which supposedly his name is Steve. I will be calling to speak to him tomorrow.It’s sad that I will no longer be going to a local bakery. I will drive out of my way and go to L&M which the older people has more customers service and better pastries and donuts and no attitudes.This young generation will shut down any business.They need to learn some respect.I hate writing bad reviews but this is the only way that they hear about my experience.As I read other reviews other people had the same experience.Make sure to read all bad reviews.By the way we ended up going to ShopRite to get some dessert.Thank you for your bad service.And they probably won’t respond because they don’t care because it all starts from the top.

Still unsure. Was given a carrot cake for a birthday cake in Nov '23. Wasn't bad....wasn't good, cake was fresh but not what we enjoy as far as spices inside.Was given a dozen donuts back in Dec '23. Boston Cream and Powdered Cream were absolutely delicious (among the other basic chocolate and glazed donuts). Stuffed with cream, it was delicious!!I personally went today and was less than pleased. The employees were all rude and made me feel rushed. I would have bought more but was not given time to think and my anxiety kicked in. The place wasn't even that busy and there was enough workers to be spread around to the one other customer already being helped in the store and the one that walked in while I was walking out, I truly felt rushed and unwelcomed. But I ordered a Boston Cream and a Powdered Cream. The cream was not stuffed like the last time. It was okay but it tasted light and not a heavy cream as last time I was given it. I don't think I'll be doing personal shopping there ever again but if family decides to stop by and bring some, I won't deny taking one lol

The Chocolate Mousse Cake Slice was absolutely delicious; however the Chocolate Cake Slice was not that good. The buttercream was very gritty and the cake itself was dry. The Cannoli Cake Slice was not a cannoli cake at all, it was just a yellow sponge cake and some chocolate chips thrown in the frosting.
