Rita's (Burlington, NJ) My only concern was while the lady was scraping the water ice (I guess to make it easier to dip for the customers) she had to continually push back her hair. That's not too sanitary. I always thought they had to keep their hair in a ponytail or tied back. The lady who actually served me my water ice had her hair pulled back and was wearing a small cap.

Great frozen treats! Despite us going during triple digit weather, I was shocked that this Rita's was not crowded. We got our treats right away and the staff was super helpful with helping us navigate the menu (this was our first time going to Rita's). I was very happy with the Green Apple Italian ice with gummy bears. It was a little more melted toward the bottom than I was expecting but it wasn't soupy so it was still good.

I've tried other water ice places and hands down Rita's has the best-tasting ice with real fruit bits in most. Also, they have custards, Gelatos and more!
Took a little longer because it was the 4th of July, but my 1st time here since they opened up !I loves the mango and pineapple mix. ? my son's girlfriend got a hot fudge Sunday with peanuts
