Third State Brewing

I've been here several times over the years as my girlfriend used to live in Burlington. Definitely one of my favorite breweries in South Jersey (and I've been to just about all of them). Small taproom right in downtown historic Burlington which is a lovely small town Main Street right by the Delaware River. Always lovely atmosphere inside. So we all know how boring this time of year can get. I decided a couple of days ago to take my wife and daughter out anywhere yesterday instead of spending a day with Netflix. Besides we binged everything the weekend before. We spent the afternoon at Third State Brewery. We had a blast. I had two flights which allowed me to sample 8 out of 10 choices for the day. So glad we took a 20-minute detour from our planned route to try this historically themed brewery. Aside from being nestled into a picturesque small-town downtown, the entire feel of this brewery is very comfortable and laid back. Oh, and they make beers. Really good ones. We were fortunate to stop at the tail end of their annual Stout celebration and did flights of all the flavors. We liked everything. And that is rare.
