Dough’s fun logo caught our eye and after driving by a bunch of times, we finally gave it a try. And WOW, were we impressed!We tried the zucchini crips, deviled eggs, Caesar salad, shroom pie and b&b pie…and everything was amazingly delicious. I never thought I’d be so impressed with a zucchini appetizer…but they nailed it. You’ll never want a zucchini fry again after these. The deviled eggs were perfect, and I’m REALLY picky about eggs in all forms. The Caesar salad may have been the best I’ve ever had, with a lightness and freshness that most others lack. And the pies…that DOUGH! So good. The char and flavor were perfect. Never knew what bresaola was until eating it on the b&b, and boy was I happy to meet it. Can’t wait to come back to try more pies!The cocktails we tried (lavender haze and applewood old fashioned) were also a delight, and we’re really looking forward to trying the coconut cake and gluten-free chocolate cake we got to go.Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. With amazing food, a great laid back feel, awesome staff, warm and welcoming decor (and a really nice restroom to boot), this is definitely the kind of place we will return to often!

I used to love this place when it was in Caldwell. We were definitely regulars there. Since they moved to Fairfield, they've become ridiculously overpriced and the service is subpar. The restaurant inside is so loud I can barely have a conversation with someone across the table. We also always get stuck at this table that's so close to the next table that I might as well just be sitting in some strangers lap while I eat. They've lost a very loyal customer.

Very good pizza. Nice neapolitan with perfect amount of char. They have a basic beer list but nice specialty drink list. The atmosphere and ambiance is nice. They get very busy and do take reservations, which I would recommend doing before visiting. The prices are a little high for the size but definitely worth it.

Upon entering, I was immersed by the wonderful smell of a wood burning pizza oven. The service top notch, made your drinks in front of you - if sitting at the bar. The pizza was served within seconds of being removed from the oven. You can tell within seconds of your first bite, the highest quality of ingredients were used. Very little spices used, you don’t need them to mascaraed lesser ingredients. Every bite was filled with natural flavors and the mozzarella was perfectly balanced with being not too chewy and not too thick. Too 5 pizza I have ever had, including trips to Italy. ?? enjoy!

The service here is unmatched. Everyone is so polite and accommodating. Expect a wait sitting peak hours if you don't have a res. The drinks are fantastically balanced and stiff. The menu changes seasonally so go often. They have a good amount of vegetarian friendly options. In the warmer months the patio and produce garden are in use. We'll back returning. Exceptional food with friendly, attentive service. The only downside is the choice of background music—a rock and roll soundtrack that may be good for a bar or a dancehall, but if you are trying to eat and enjoy the wonderful food, the constant “thump, thump, thump” of the rock drumbeat is not conducive to eating and digestion.

From their previous location to this new space, Dough never misses! I cannot recommend their pizzas enough but do yourself a favor and try their Kale salad as well!
