If I can give negative stars I would but I at least want to give 1 star for the staff that works there. They are very sweet and makes my day every time I go there. But last time when I went there the my order was totally wrong. I am vegan so I asked for oat milk in the coffee but they added regular milk. I asked to speak to the manager and they said the manager is not here. I went 3 days later asking for manager not there, the manager is never there. If he is not going to be there then how does he expect to have his worker do the same. As I said earlier the staff that works there is very nice and sweet but I have never in my life seen such a careless manager.

Dunking Donuts coffee is never good but at least it was hot. I went there with a friend for a minutes of conversation. He didn't complain about his coffee or his doughnut. Therefore only 2 sit down tables in the facility and our was at the take out window which froze us every time someone picked up their order.

This is pretty much your average run of the mill Dunkin. It's very convenient that they have the walk up window though, although a few times my order never got to the window and I had to go inside. The staff seem to be pretty good at this location as well. The parking lot is convenient as it wraps around the building so there's a direct flow of traffic. There are two doorways, and the inside is nice with a high ceiling and big windows surrounding the store. Those damn hash browns seem to always get slightly burnt, but not a deal breaker.

Have ordered through Doordash app 2x for pick up. Both times got to the store, long wait despite no other customers in the store. Order not ready and both times they had my drink order but all the donuts I ordered they said they did not have. However they waited until I got to the store to let me know. 2 wasted trips to a Dunkin, that has none of the donuts on their menu. The service is slow and rude.

Had to call multiple times before getting someone on the phone. I wanted to order number 8 donuts and before I could finish my question the person yelled “no” and hung up. I have a feeling they lied because 8 called the location in West Caldwell and they were happy to do them. They explained they don’t have the molds in the store so they order them in but they only need 24 hr notice. Seemed to me like the first Duncan just didn’t want to do the extra work.

They are very rude and impatient. Also disrespectful. I wanted to order tea for my lovely wife. When I asked for tea they said they had no tea. No tea at dunkin? Okay. I politely told the cashier to give me one minute so I can call my wife and ask her if she wanted something else. The cashier continued to roll her eyes. So I won’t be back. On top of that they can barely understand you when you speak clear English.

This particular Dunkin' is notorious for charging customers for extra stuff they didn't order regularly and deliberately. Avoid if you can, make sure you get a receipt and check it if you can't.

I would give it no stars . Poor customer service they took my order wrong then I corrected them. Then my bacon egg and cheese was made in a croissant no English muffins. But that's not it instead of making me a new sandwich they took off the egg and bacon which was melted with cheese and put it on a English muffins right in front of me very unprofessional.

The woman at the counter completely ignored my coupon on the app claiming I had to pay first before she can scan it. Once I was done she acted like the transaction was complete when she made me feel like I had to scan it after. The language barrier is a issue here. I was so upset because my order was wrong too. My croissant had extra crème cheese and lite jelly when I asked for the complete opposite
