We stopped in last minute on the way to a family meal and we picked up some sandwiches to go. The to-go sandwiches come with a bag of chips, but if you eat it there I think it might come with fries according to the menu. Our sandwiches were both tasty and mine felt light and healthy but with great flavor. It kind of feels like a diner inside, which was nice. The lady who greeted us at the door and took her order was very helpful and kind.

Went to Oscars last night, we had ordered the paella (needs to be ordered several days in advance). HUGE platter of rice meat and fish (chicken, chorizo, lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp). I travel extensively for work and have had paella in Barcelona, Spain…… Oscar’s paella is better than what I had in Europe. Absolutely unreal. Just heated up leftovers for lunch today and it was just as good as last night.Staff is great as well, everyone is extremely welcoming. Here’s a tip: don’t forget to try the lobster bisque, it is top notch for sure!We only live 10 mins away so we will be returning often, but even if you are a distance away from Oscars you will want to make the trip!

I love trying new breakfast places on the weekend and somehow I never knew Oscar’s excited! It’s a cute little cozy diner-esque type place. The servers were soooo nice and friendly. Unfortunately the food was just okay for us. The hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and the eggs benny was just okay. It was definitely a lot of food! Unfortunately our service wasn’t great. I asked for a water refill a few times with no luck. Everyone has an off day. Maybe this was one for them. Regardless, I recommend and would definitely try them again.

Taylor ham egg and cheese- Taylor ham was too thick, over powers the sandwich, needs to be thinner. Solid amount of cheese though. Price a bit high, lower it and cut the Taylor ham in half.

Even though I live in town, it's been a while since I sat inside at Oscar's, as they have picnic tables outside for spring, summer, fall enjoyment, and I have 3 dogs. It was so nice to see the lavender flowers on each table. I don't know if this is new, but new to me, the tables look like they were resurfaced and smooth, nice emerald, polished design. This place is a Califon gem, seriously! You can go there for bagels, coffee, breakfast, lottery, lunch, and afternoon early dinner, depending on the food you want for later. I appreciate that they had options in flavored creamer for my coffee. Once again, when other food venues were closed, Oscar's came through and was open for the essential workers to find nourishment and take a break. Thank you.Vegetarian options: My colleague, who I was with, ordered a veggy wrap with no cheese, and it was beautifully delicious.

Although my wife doesn’t like going in Oscar’s or the food, whenever my wife is traveling for work I will get food there.Grew up in Philadelphia and although it’s not a traditional cheesesteak, I like Oscar’s cheesesteak. Probably one of the top 5 I’ve ever had.

Some of the best staff around. Massive portions for fair price, home made honeymustard is amazing. The chicken fingers are clearly homemade and are phenomenal. Oscar is very friendly and great to talk to. Can't recommend enough!
