I order a seafood burger with curly cheese fries , no issues with the burger , the fries were missing the cheese , I ordered thru the phone & the person was either irritated or was just having a bad day , just sad the experience was not the same when they first opened.

Every time I went to this place it was closed when they say they open at 11 but was closed after 12 every time which was three times. I wanted to try breakfast from here but yet to catch them open at breakfast time. I like to support blk businesses but they’re never reliable. Food was good and staff was nice but customer service has to do better.

The best chicken tacos I've ever had ?. But a few weeks ago the young man behind the counter was rude. Talking on his phone when waiting on me, and on this past Tuesday I called to order Tacos and again rude hung up on me before I could finish ordering so I called back and canceled my order. I really like their food never had a problem with the young lady who works there,hopefully she will be working the next time I visit.....

I ordered salmon cheesesteak and The hawaiian burger which came with pineapple and shrimp on it via doordash pickup. I even called right after I placed my order to ask to add something. The girl waits until my order status shows it was done and ready for pickup to tell me that they didn’t have salmon cheesesteak. Ordered a replacement. The food was finally done after 45 minutes, The hawaiian comes out and there’s no pineapple. The lady talking about they ran out. Ok so say something? I supported them but they just lost a customer.

If you have a la carte prices for sides please put my sides in a separate box. (Like prior) Why would you instruct staff to cramp the sides in small box with the sandwich? Which means I’m not getting the full side amount. ??My cheesey Chicken cheese steak fries in the same box with a big Beef burger??? Very Sloppy presentation. I really wanted to support this BOB but it has definitely gone downhill since opened.I appreciate the speedy refund. But still a waste of time.

It was ok make sure ya check food b4 leaving and fries had no crisp ima big texture person i also asked for a double paddy but was told they cant do that wich was odd but ok lol. There homemade drinks was great. Wings was good to.
I really wish I could be leaving a 5 star review after supporting a local small business. But the business has to support itself by being professional and having professional staff. I’m a Bus Driver so naturally it’s had to find a place that has parking to accommodate. I come out here all the time in business and I’m always looking for dope places to eat. I saw a video by JL Jupiter that highly recommended it. I check the hours of operation and saw that this business opened at 11. I show up around 11:45 only to find locked doors and staff member inside that couldn’t be bothered to at least come to the door and let me know what’s going on. I can’t read mouths so I had no clue what main man was trying to convey. All I know is I’m on my way over to Donkeys now. Sad cause I was looking to spend well over $50 to try everything I found interesting. I highly doubt I’ll be coming back to this place. I dealt with experiences like this all too often. A little communication and common courtesy goes a mighty long way. I wish I would have found that here.

Their phone line is always busy never can get through. Finally got through ordered a veggie omelette but instead I got a mushroom and onion omelette. You gotta do better.

The Food is Great !!!!!!!! They'll call you when the food is ready. The Seafood burger and Bang Bang Shrimp are our Favorites !!!! It's definitely worth the money. You wont be disappointed. We'll be back for more lol

I ordered the chicken cheesesteak and it was so SALTY. I couldn’t even enjoy it. The food is good but it needs to be more consentant with seasoning. I wanna taste the food not salt.
