Very unprofessional, called to ask what time they stop their delivery and was hung up on on more than one occasion, and then refused delivery because she didn’t want to deliver to me very unprofessional will take my money somewhere else and I recommend anyone reading this do the same

I always leave pretty good reviews and am honest and fair so let me just start off by saying I cannot believe how this place operates. My friend called and then I called and we were both hung up on and the woman was very very rude when I was inquiring about the prices ect. I absolutely will not be ordering or attempting to order from here again.I used to deliver for Hewa in Stratford and they are amazing. I have never seen them disrespect people like this either.

BEST CHINESE STORE IN CAMDEN AND IN JERSEY ALONE!!! HANDS DOWN!!(IM A VERY PICKY EATER, SO THAT SAYS A LOT IF I LOVE THIS STORE, AND I WONT EAT FROM ANY OTHER CHINESE STORE)!!?☺️? I ONLY EAT THEIR FOOD!!! EVERYTHING I ORDER IS ALWAYS COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH!!! Their broccoli, brown sauce and pizza rolls is the best!!!!!Parking: Always room for parking, and usually right in front of entrance of store!!
They have very poor customer when they get the order wrong they don’t give a full refund. I they don’t have what a person orders they should inform the customer not substitute with cheap meal.

Just wasted my entire lunch time. Called to order my lunch and the lady answered the phone and took my order down. Repeated the order back to me and said give her 10 minutes. When I get to the store the guy in front laughs and says they're not working today, the store is closed. Then the girl comes out and they both start laughing and talking in their language and completely ignored me questioning why she answered and took my order instead of saying that they were closed. I won't be going back there any time soon.

Normally the food is good to great I gather the pandemic has caused the food to have a high salt from the chicken & beef bullion this is abnormal yet the normal dishes are still somewhat okay. I would not make it my regular take out place compared to several yrs

I placed an order online and called the store before going to make sure it was received. I was immediately put on hold after saying hello and then given attitude when the woman got back on the phone…as if I called and put her on hold. I explained why I was calling and instead of confirming my order she got smart and dismissive, she said, “well didn’t you put it in why you call?!” She gave me the same dismissive, annoyed attitude in person when I picked up my food. The store is shabby and unwelcoming, the customer service is a 0 and the food was a 2. I had fried shrimp, pork yak and a pink lemonade that tasted like pure mix and sugar. The customer service was the biggest turnoff for me.

Why would i order nuggets from here & they give me McDonald’s nuggets. Been eating McDonald’s for years when i was younger. So you know the look the taste and the smell. I couldn’t believe it but then again it’s right across the street. Make me go straight to the rest room. That’s exactly why i don’t eat McDonald’s
The food was inconsistent. One plate, Hunan style tofu, was cooked well but had no seasoning. The Hunan style said it was supposed to be spicy, but it had zero spiciness and very little other flavor. The mixed vegetables were overcooked. Specifically, the broccoli was cooked until limp/soggy. The delivery is nice since I am in town at a hotel but overall it was disappointing and bland.

Modest place, generally good food and great portions. Staples like their general tsos, lo mein, and fried rice hit. I want to know if they can do authentic food as well... maybe one day I'll ask.
