Pro: There are only but a handful of places in the area where one can find conch in New Jersey. (And if there are an abundance of them, let me know!) However, an unplanned visit to J & H proved to be fruitful. As a born Caribbean native who eats his way through his bouts of homesickness, it was a complete joy to find conch here! But let me not sell this establishment as a "one-trick pony"...J & H is a great little stop for crabs, Caribbean fare, and possibly a few little surprises...read full review
fresh food from our warters ate froened realy though foreign warters is a no local fresh ours is best love my lunch in munch in sea food quest localy j&h x mark that spot seasoning on an available just ask olivia. service with a smile & fish a wish neptune may come thru all an all fresh food products. happy consumer. quality

I don't go there for the food but for the fresh Irish seamoss they sale in $3 bags.I bring it home and prepare it .Seamoss is very expensive these days but very healthy for our bodies.
