I was disappointed because they made my order wrong twice. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte grande and they gave me a small first. Then I told them they got it wrong but remade in a regular and have it to me. I have up and was charged for a grande when I got a regular.

Cashier scammed us, I paid $7 for a breakfast sandwich when the price was $4. My friends ordered a tall açaí drink that was $6 but got charged $11. They take extra money and have no explanation behind it!

Employees need to be trained on the prep, brewing and making of all the drinks on the menu. Will make service and experience much more memorable positively with each visit.

I just ordered a Hot Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and it tastes like they filled half my cup with pumpkin sauce which was entirely way too sweet. Now I know this drink in particular can be on the sweet side since I order them all the time from different locations - but the one from here was just overloaded with the pumpkin sauce. I couldn’t even drink it. Too bad I’m already back at work. Note to self - make sure I approve it before I move it!!

I WON'T EVEN RATE THEM IF I DIDN'T NEED TO LEAVE A STAR! I am blown away how this franchise markets themselves as a Starbucks but doesn't follow guidelines. To the best of my knowledge, any Starbucks with sitting offers refills to their paying customer, this is true for any state, and country in which I visited Starbucks. I think it is ridiculous! What makes this Starbucks franchise different from any other? Why is it that this Starbucks is exempt from honoring reusable cups, and offering refills? #outrage!!!!
