Paid 15 bucks for a burger that looked like meatloaf. Been going here forever. Was really Really bad. Feel like I got robbed 15 for a gas station burger. I would keep going for other stuff but that was too much. Oh my bad it was 15 for a burger with fries. Still no an excuse for that burger. That's not what a 100% beef burger looks or taste like. Closest thing I could describe it as is meatloaf.
Tuesday was the first time there & I ordered 2 soups to go. The chicken noodle soup was tasty but extremely salty & the tomato basil was super salty & while eating I pulled out a fuzzy like string & couldn't finish eating the soup. The counter person took a while to take my order. Not pleasant experience.

Just get it to go. Took almost an hour to get our food. I had a soup and salad. Nothing complicated. Hubs had a cheesesteak. Onion rings were cold when they came out. It was just us and one other couple. They’re basically fulfilling to go orders and ignoring the in house customers. The waitress was also running the register. She said she could a small side salad. Not the big one on the menu. I got the huge salad on the menu which is not what I wanted. I asked for no croutons. It was covered in croutons. The waitress gave us a discount. I would have rather had what we ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Won’t return. Que the we’re short staffed excuse. Not a valid excuse today.

Stumbled upon this great little place today while traveling thru Cape May. Probably one of the best Burgers along with a Rueben that we’ve had in a long time. If you’re in the area, highly recommend!

I normally never write a bad review but last night we ordered from Erma’s a wrap and chicken Caesar salad. There was hardly no chicken at all in the salad and what little chicken we did get was so chewy that we had to spit it out. It was very disappointing. I understand it was a Friday night and it was busy but you still have to take pride in what you serve. We will probably give them another try. Hopefully, it’s much better.
Always loved Erma Deli but have recently been disappointed a few times so felt I had to write a review. The phone call to place the order was extremely painful. I had to shout and repeat myself multiple times. Meatball Parm sub was very dry - barely any sauce. Cheeseburger platter was missing Cole slaw. (Paid $4 extra for that) Specifically asked for NO mushrooms in Erma cheesesteak special and were told there are none on there and guess what - loaded with mushrooms. French fry and onion ring order are about half the size they used to be. Please do better! This has always been one of our favorites. It was a large order so some things were correct - that’s the only reason for the 3 stars.

Dissapointed... outrageous price increases. I get it cost of every day items have increased, but seriously charging $2 extra per hoagie for pickles and peppers is outrageous! Do you put an entire pepper and pickle on there? I'll bet the answer is no. For the cost of takeout we could have eaten out at a restaurant, got more, and paid the same. Also ordered BLT club, and we rcvd overpriced regular BLT. Sadly, will no longer be eating here. We have been eating here for years, but there other more reasonable good local eats around (including sit down places). We were just so outraged by our last order and it's a shame. It should have never cost that much.Beware of sudden and drastic price increases.
