This Place is an amazing place and full of stop by morning foods. The service is great. The ambiance is great. The only thing they are lacking is the beets department. The definition of beets is a herbaceous plant widely cultivated as a source of food for humans and livestock, and for processing into sugar. Some varieties are grown for their leaves and some for their large nutritious root. It's very nutritious and should be added to the Dunkin' menu. Thx for your time. -Dunkin' please consider looking into the beets department for future menus.

Burned milk in the cappuccino on a daily basis. But once you arrive at work you realise you spend $7 for the garbage. Told them multiple times and if i forget to check the coffee while I am there, then it is burned.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The outside display is insanely bright especially first thing in the am. You can barely hear people when ordering and the food... the hash browns are always soggy. Don't even think about ordering a bagel with cream cheese because you might get the bagel and no cheese even if you ask for EXTRA! Coming here is a waste of time and money so just go to quick check up the street
I've been here multiple times and tried to give them a chance before I publicized my issues and concerns. Specifically the employees, absolutely lack customer service skills. They stay near the drive thru window with no sense of awareness for their front counter. And when they do finally acknowledge you minutes later, it's not even a "thanks for waiting" or "good morning how can I help you". They'll make your coffees and leave them on the side not even letting you know they're ready. Just complete disconnect. Why are you working in a job where you have to deal with people if you lack basic communication skills? I absolutely dread coming here and I only do it because of convenience. The group of latinas who work here need to be retrained in overall customer service. The attitude and energy is unpleasant.
