Don't let the appearance fool you, yes it's truck stop diner with some really great food. Run by some locals, the EMS cafe had to switch locations and I think it's for the better!! It's located at the end of a stretch of highway where all major roads converge. That atmosphere is cozy; the staff are polite and professional. Is a great local eatery, placed in a awkward random location that has proved its merits!

they have great food I haven't got to go there yet but my husband Allen Ridgeway always brings me food from there and they treat him very well and he talks about the cornerstone grill all the time so I highly recommend that you guys go check it out especially the meatloaf platter

Tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago. Great food! Decided to try again tonight. Called in order, went to pickup and they made mistake. They forgot however they went above and behind to fix their mistake starting by offering me a drink while I wait. I know mistakes happen but the fact that they went above and behind to fix it shows they truly care about the customer! I am very impressed and will be back! And of course food was great!

We were on a roadtrip with our two small children and needed to stop for dinner, but couldn't find anything when we searched. We were going over the Delaware Bridge and saw Cornerstone Grill listed and decided to give it a shot. In retrospect, we probably should have found some type of fast food or continued driving for about 20 more minutes. The wait for food was REALLY long and the kids were hungry and it was connected to a gas station with a myriad of characters coming in and out. I got a cheesesteak and we got the kids fried shrimp (which were HUGE). Mine was SUPER greasy and didn't include everything I had asked for on it. Everything was just a little too greasy to really enjoy. I was trying to load us up to continue the drive and making numerous trips to the car. I had to leave our leftovers on the table while I strapped my kids in and some guy just came around the building, opened our to-go boxes, touched the food and walked off. He probably wanted something to eat, but we WERE going to take it with us. Strange stop! It would have been totally different just me and my husband, but with the kids, it was hard!
