DON'T GO TO TJIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!This is my first to go to this subway very bad service the guy was rude who serve us.i had coupon and he did not accept it.I ordered veggie delight, he did not put any veggies he put only 3 tiny pieces of green papper 3 slice of tomato, 4 tin slice of cucumber. I mean it is do rip off . I paid 22 dollar and it is not even worth it.MY 6 YEAR OLD ATE WHOLE 12 INCH SUB AND STILL HUNGRY.

What a disrespectful and disgusting management. My son only wanted a sub bread and they refused to do so by saying it’s not the policy. I told the staff that’s fine, if it isn’t in the system then charge me for the whole sandwich and just put the veggies and salad in a separate bowl ? in the same quantity you add in sandwich but keep the bread plain, and they refused to get us the empty bowl. I still paid $20 for 1 plain bread. Manager Siara is so pathetic and rude to even accommodate the young customers. Don’t waste your time and money on this store.

Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and they were ice cold with no sauce at all, I ordered 3 sauces to be added and sandwiches to be toasted.I think they don’t read instructions you give them and the bread was not fresh and this is not the first time.

Excellent service, friendly staff and a comfortable
The guy making my sandwich, burnt the hell out of it in the toaster, and then proceeded to watch the automatic slicing machine, while my sandwich sat on the counter for almost 5 minutes. Very rude even after I was saying my pleases and thank you’s. Barely put any steak on the sandwich so it was mostly burnt bread, and the drink machine does not have anything that is not carbonated (I do not drink soda). Woman at the register could’ve move slower if she was dead, and the younger gentleman who “helped” me was very impersonal. Oh and it was $15 for a 4 ingredient footlong and a drink. Wild.

Worst experience. I will never come to this location again I don't care if I live around the corner I rather take a 5 minute drive up the street and know that if I placed my mobile order I don't have to come home disappointed to see that they couldn't follow simple instructions.

This guy was SOOOO STINGY!! When I asked for more of anything this tooo picked up 2..is 2 considered more when all he put in was like 3?! It’s a gucking veggie sandwich, you can’t have the hate min of veggies. Waist of money.

They allow you to order online, they have 3 bars on the top of the screen once you place your order which shows the progress. The last bar indicates your order is ready to be picked up. Out of the 4 times I've done this method, all 4 times they've waited til I get there to start making the order. Don't understand the point of having online ordering if I'm waiting 25 mins till it says ready then arrive there and have to wait another 15 mins.
