I have ordered through mobile order and the app shows the order was ready and when we were there the order was not ready and only one staff managing all so it took half and hour to make our two subs. We ordered Tuna and chicken teriyaki , Tune was smelling bad and we got issues after eating these subs worst timing and not at all good for health as the food was not fresh. They need to have at-least two staff people to manage all orders

Don’t go to this subway, specially if you make a mobile order. They say that they don’t take mobile orders because the system “isn’t working” but they never return your money. It’s a waste

Extremely slow took 15min to make 2 subs. Then when I started eating it at lunch at work the roast beef was rotten had to throw the entire thing

The customer service at this Subway location was mostly friendly and professional and was also a friendly reminder of how there’s quick communication in between the residents of the New York Metropolitan area. I personally think that the person who attended to us deserves better than to work at a Subway restaurant. First of all, he seemed a little bit beyond the age range, and second, although only a few should be beneath the capacity to work at a basic level, he seemed to be a few steps above what would be merited with regards to a Subway restaurant. Of course, the food at this Subway was as good as always…

The Spanish lady is so rude and got such a attitude. She never changes her gloves. Befire she made my veggie delight she put all the turkey together then used the same gloves to make my sandwich. Then later she got guac on her gloves and used a napkin to clean it off her gloves rather then getting new ones. While making my sandwich she’s also cleaning the table from spilled vegetables into the garbage. Never again. That’s the last thing I ate before getting sick.

Went here after months and realized why I stopped coming here. The lady working here had an attitude for no reason and was rude. I rather go to Subway that is far than come here.
