This has been our go to sushi spot- dine in or take out- for years. The fish is super fresh, the service is wonderful and they’re very accommodating. I often change the tuna lover roll to a salmon lover roll, which I think should be on the menu permanently! The tuna don and salmon don is the best deal around- and their salmon is like butter.I’ve tried a few few of their Thai and Chinese dishes and they were fine, but if I want that food I’ll go someplace else.

Food, small portions but very tasty. No egg drop soup, had to settle for chicken wonton. Give restaurant a plus for BYOB, which explains the higher cost. We may be back.

Hibachi chicken was thin and gummy. Didn't used to be that way.

I have ordered many times from Blossom in Summit and in Mount Arlington and have been pleased everytime. I ordered sushi last night for the first time at the Chatham location after nine months of pregnancy and was extremely disappointed with the quality of food and lack in quality of service I received. I only recieved half of my order and as for the food I did receive, the laziness of the staff and poor quality of the fish they served led to it being inedible. I provided a picture of a philadelphia roll I ordered: what is supposed to be salmon, cream cheese and cucumber. You can see how lazy the staff was, as they only put rotten fish and bad nori into each piece.

A really well, enjoyed experience! Soft dimmed lights, décor, and excellent services gives you the ambiance of an upscale restaurant while eating all of your beloved Chinese food. New to the area and will definitely be back!

Cool space, the tall sofa like booths give you privacy in an open space. The sushi was so fresh! I only wish you can choose what you want for the Sashimi Platter. I would pay extra to be able to choose the fish I want vs Chef's choice: Tuna; Salmon; Fluke; Yellow Tail & Red Snapper... salmon and tuna are so basic lol. I had to order Eel as a separate order. :(General Tso's Chicken was nice and crispy and tender inside.

We have been here a half dozen times hoping it will become a family favorite but it never hits the mark so probably won’t be back. Just went on a Thursday night. Place was empty but they do a big takeout biz. Service was ok, wait staff seems to barely speak English so difficult when ordering sometimes. Unsweetened ice tea was bland and soda came flat this time. Miso soup was tasty and good portion. The spicy kana salad app is good but a big issue with this place is they use panko bread crumbs as filler in almost every spicy sushi roll and appetizer. Maybe a way to stretch out the fish? Specialty rolls are super expensive and many are over sauced. The chicken teryaki was well flavored. But in past we have found their cooked Asian dishes bland. All in all this is run of the mill strip mall sushi at fine restaurant prices. Won’t be back. You can get better sushi next door at Shoprite.

Lovely, cozy atmosphere and great service. Very good food with gluten-free options available, although I don't know if it would be safe enough for someone with Celiac because I didn't ask a lot of questions. The Tom Yam soup was fantastic, with really high quality shrimp that did not taste like farmed shrimp. The Basil Filet Mignon was actually made with filet mignon. My friends loved their sushi. I wish they offered GF sushi, but I will take what I can get. It is BYOB, but we just went down the street to a wine store, and the restaurant supplied the opener and the glasses.

Had the chicken pad thai. Not bad, just seems more sushi focused here.
