I was in the area and stopped by. Never been here but heard about the fire that took it down. New location is updated, and very clean. Staff was patient and friendly with my questions about the menu. Ended up settling on the chicken di parma. Super balanced. It was a little bit difficult to eat since the chicken slid out. Great flavor and it was big. Will definitely stop by to try more items on the menu.Parking: Parking can be difficult since it’s on a busy Main Street

Chatham Sandwich is a town FAVORITE!! I ordered the Athena , which was the best sandwich I have ever had. I really recommend going here if you want something quick to grab with friends, or for a meal on the go. The service is really fast and the staff is exceptional too. Great experience!!

Never been to Chatham, but I was here to get my car tinted, which was a six-hour job. I spent the day at the Chatham Library studying for an Anatomy & Physiology midterm and then got hungry. Went to the Chatham Sandwich Shop and was immediately greeted at the counter. They asked me what I would like, and I already had my go-to ready, Italian sub w/ everything. I also wanted to try their fried ravioli. I'm a sucker for any pasta dish. I got a whole sub, not realizing how big it actually was. My brain was fried for the day from studying, but the guy at the register, who I think is the owner, asked if I would like half of it wrapped for later, which was perfect. Everything was amazing! Shredded lettuce, thinly sliced cold cuts, onions, tomatoes, and a perfect amount of dressings. I always forget everything doesn't include mayo, so it's an error on my part, but I don't need those calories anyway. As I left, one of the employees thought I had left my sandwich to go, but I already put it in my backpack. So extra points for the attentiveness. I would definitely go back if I ever go to Chatham again and will refer all my friends there. They have a great team!Thank you!

On-line ordering is HORRIBLE, ordered hot pastrami as it is on the menu, only request was add Swiss cheese, NO MUSTARD or SWISS CHEESE, I received bread & meat only, what a waste of my time & money…. The worse part was I called, spoke to some that tried to tell me I requested a plain sandwich, sir, I ordered it directly as advertised on your menu, only modification was add Swiss cheese! Do yourself a favor, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, go in person.

Food was dramatically overpriced. $11.50 for a 7inch Italian sandwich? Add another .50 cents because my wife wanted cucumbers on her sandwich. The chicken sandwich was $13. Look at how much chicken I got for $13. It’s maybe a 4oz chicken cutlet that looks nothing like the picture they advertised. The atmosphere is cold and uninviting with giant TV’s that display their menus. Two more giant screens to place your order and pay because the 7 people working there refuse to look at you or say hi. I’m happy to pay these prices for good food but this is embarrassing. Honestly don’t know how this place is busy. Chatham deserves better

The sandwiches weren't great either. 5 out of 10 maybe. Happy to pay these prices for really good food but this is embarrassing. Honestly don't know how this place is surviving. We catered in a holiday lunch for 20+ people yesterday and the food was awesome! My mom ordered in person about a week before, and they called her the day before to confirm the order. Did quite a few sandwiches and 3 salads - everything was made as specific as we needed (adjusted some items on sandwiches), and dressings game neatly labeled for all our guests to enjoy. They delivered to our home in Madison - and were perfectly on time (even 5 mins early!). Would highly recommend for catering!

Super delicious sandwiches that were really large for half sandwiches!Parking: You park on the street, but we didn't have any trouble. Finding a spot and it was pretty busy that day.

17 bucks for a chicken cutlet sandwich with basically nothing on it. Cheese and mayo..plus one snapple. Yeah decent but will not be returning. Your nuts charging that. Not even a pickle with the sandwich...must need to pay for those fancy self service kiosk.

I already left a one star review once about how they always get my order wrong. Well, today my father went to try and support you guys after the fire and asked if I wanted something. I asked him to get me an egg and cheese. Could not have asked for a simpler sandwich. You crooks put bacon on it. So not only have you once again given me a sandwich I can't eat, you also upcharged me for something I have a moral objection to. You people are the worst and I now you have lost a second customer, this time a loyal one.

Love this place! If you want a great sandwich, this is the place to go. I recommend the roast beef.

good sandwiches. well made. quality. but at $12 for ham & cheese on white bread? yikes. $38 for two sandwiches, 2 cokes and some chips. it's simply too much.

Chatham Sandwich Shop has become our go-to lunch spot for a reason - the food is consistently delicious, and the service is excellent every time. Beyond just sandwiches, they offer a variety of tempting options. Whether it's the friendly staff or the mouthwatering menu, this place has never disappointed. If you're in the area and craving a satisfying meal, this is a reliable choice that never fails to impress.
