A must try for a fast food option you won't be disappointed. Service is above average and they have a great disposition as well. I had to return to Namkeen a few months after being introduced to it at a Yelp event. Excellent chicken sandwiches and wings to go in Chatham. The Nashville sandwich remained our favorite at a mid spice level. Tried the Chicken Waffle sandwich. Interesting but I prefer the Nashville. Very surprised by how good the Maple Wings were. Lots of thickness and stickiness in the sauce, laden on. Yummy. I ordered ahead to go. Ready on time with pleasant counter service. It is a sweet little hole in the wall cafe on Main Street in Chatham. I will be back. Portions were fair size, in my opinion. I like that you can adjust the heat level. Some do like it super hot! I like mid hot.

I usually order to go and the food is amazing! So I decided to cater for my baby’s birthday party! So much food and the service is top notch! They forgot the ticka sauce and had it delivered to me before our party started. All our guests enjoyed their food! Honestly zero complaints!
Another case of a restaurant that has great food but the entire experienced is ruined by inexperienced teenage front of the house staff that don't really care about what they are doing. What a shame.

I ordered food on March 20th from a special. The food would have original been over $100. My total was $64. Myself and my family became ill after consuming the food. I spoke to a manger two days later and was told that I would get a full refund. I was a little surprised to be asked if the spice level was too much because I have been coming here since they opened. Never had an issue before. It’s been well over 2 weeks and still nothing. I’m very disappointed that I was promised a refund and nothing came of it but the consistency of food has been declining for quite some time.

Let me start by saying i have been a huge ambassador of this place since the day it opened. I've told anyone and everyone how good this spot is. Unfortunately- I'm officially done. 1. Owners are beyond greedy. Anyone that has been going here since they opened has said the same thing. They clearly don't care about the customer. People aren't dumb. They have cut corners an any and everything they can. No more honey packets, no more hand wipes, no napkins etc. 2. In about 2.5 years their waffle sandwich went from $12-17 The Nashville sandwich has gone from $7-$12 which is close to 5x what inflation has been over that same time. A single chicken finger is now $5. There prices are now the same as they are in Brooklyn, except.... Chatham isn't Brooklyn. If you've been here on a weekend you know they can't cry poverty. It's a mob scene 3. Their service is atrocious. Truly awful. If you order on a fri or say expect to either wait forever for your online order or get home with everything completed cold. If you guys really need money, instead of price gauging why not just open Chasni at 9:00 instead of 10:00 when every mom in town goes to brunch after school drop off?
I am highly disappointed for a place I’ve been looking forward to eating. My boyfriend and I ordered take out for the first time anticipating great Nashville hot chicken sandwiches. Please be advised my boyfriend eats and can handle extremely spicy food whereas myself not so much. I deal with health issues that require me to eat at a mild spicy level. We got it delivered and it came on time.Once we got the meal, I proceeded to take the first bite of my sandwich and immediately realize it smells so spicy and I was a bit concerned. Regardless, I took a bite and immediately realized the boxes were misplaced or they put the wrong fried chicken on the wrong sandwich because my mouth was BURNING. I had my boyfriend try it just incase and he himself admitted that it was 10x’s spicier than the sandwich he ate (which was the mild one). I just realized I ate a bite of the hot Nashville chicken sandwich and immediately needed to spit it out.Look, I understand places get busy but once I called the store to tell them what happened, Jennifer, the employee, had no idea how to react or what to do (while it seems like she walked away from the front to go do something else) Insisted I call back another time….while I’m sitting there dumb founded I told her that doesn’t solve my problem and I need a solution. She then proceeded to let me know I can pick up a new sandwich while keep in mind I got this delivered.End of story, I’m disappointed and Namkeenneeds to do better and train their employees on conflict resolution.

Best fried chicken ever. Crispy and not oily chicken, fresh, pickles and cole slaw, in a perfect spicy chipotle sauce. Pataka fries are amazing, with the same chipotle sauce and maple, great combination of sweet and spicy. Super friendly employees. I 100% recommend them!
