Pleasantly surprised! Normally I'd skip over Applebee's in favor of a more upscale restaurant or a local pub and grille, but it was late when my partner and I decided to grab dinner. Applebee's was packed and for good reason!! The food was much better than I remembered or expected. I got a Ceasar salad and tortilla soup. My partner got wonton tacos and a French onion soup. Everything was delicious and well presented! My only wish was that the Tortillas in the soup were crisp and not soggy, but the taste was still there. We will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I went tonight and had to get our ordered fixed twice. The manager Desiree came to us with the upmost respect and apologized to us. Refusing for us to pay for anything due to the burdensome circumstances. She took great care of us and for that, I will definitely come back and seek for her service. She stated she’s been manager for 16+ years and she definitely deserved a good review minimum. I appreciate you Desiree and we will love to come back and see you. We wanted to even tip her and she declined it. She will definitely be given a great tip next time I see her. Her professionalism is amazing and that’s one thing I admire.

Due to how crowded this applebee was this past weekend the meat was not completely well done as we order.it was soooo many orders to get out on the floor. But the manager on duty Saturday afternoon/night was so polite with such a humble heart I'm grateful to have gone thist far to get good service, good food & good attention.because the Applebee's in Philadelphia I'm sorry to say they just no good I have even went to the one in Willow Grove and nope no good. But this establishment and the Applebee's in Allentown on Lehigh avenue by far one of the only two Applebee's that serves good food and excellent attention and the waitress was so attentive and on point at cherry hill Applebee's ???☝?☝?☝?⭐⭐⭐⭐?thanks.

Met up with an old friend cherry hill was a median area. I frequent the Applebee's near me, and I have to say the food was amazing at this location. Blows my area Applebee's of the park! Savanah was great (sorry we hogged the booth). There was a little wait but we'll worth it!!

I was so disappointed! I wanted a patron margarita... they didn't have patron. I wanted spinach and artichoke dip... they didn't have it. I asked for a Mai Tai... didn't have it! I was so upset that they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted. I ordered beer and a ribeye meal... the beer was nice and cold and the dinner was delicious, but damn... nothing I actually had my mouth set on!
