Auntie Anne's sweet almond pretzels are my biggest craving at any time day or night. But this was a huge disappointment when I ate my pretzel only to find that the bottom was burnt. Nothing worse than burnt sugar taste to ruin a good sweet. See photo. Also, service was snail like slow making fancy coffee and such while two people were busily twisting and burning more pretzels.

Its Auntie Anne's not Aunti Anns but whatever. Regardless I love getting the buttery pretzels here. I cant walk by here without stopping here it smells so good and it tastes as good as it looks and smells. Very good fresh lemonade too
